I would like to suggest that the people that are moderating the site also have it reflected in their status. Its causeing a lot of arguement and discord among us and I think that can cause more problems for the site. I may not delete entire topics but I do move a lot of misplaced threads and I delete spam as soon as I see its off topic. I make sure to delete duplicate posts if I can and I try to help answer peoples questions and concerns. But many of us are being told we are not actual mods and that can make a person feel a bit discarded and as if we are not as important as others.

I also think a staff section is a good idea that way we can discuss how we each moderate and what we can do to help each other out rather then start shit amongst ourselves. Even if the jeering is in good nature it can be taken the wrong way.

Yea, I think staff section are always very important.
We had one for TNU since the beginning and we also have staff chats over AIM ever so often where we discuss problems and ideas for the site.

I think it may be helpful if we all had a staff chat sometimes, so that we get to know each other better.
I like knowing whom I'm working with. :)
