Roy Mustang is the best. Roy and Riza are the only sane alchemists. Alex Louis Armstrong is too .... well........ I wish he would stop with the sparkling stuff. And Maes is kewl, but he is too ubsessed with his daughter Alysia. And Ed and Al are just too plane. Scar and Lust are kool but no the COOLEST. I have to say, I LOVE ROY MUSTANG. :lol:

Riza's not an alchemist, she's a sharpshooter, if I remember correctly. Regardless, she's just a good shot.

Yeah, Roy's cool. Uncool thing is, he needs his gloves in order to perform alchemy. Edward doesn't need anything like that, or even a transmutation circle. Naither does Izumi, Kimblee, and Scar.

But, I love Roy.

i like ed more his alchmey is great. but maes is so cool t bad i only got to se him in action once and he kicks ass with his knives.did you see the way he just threw it into lust's head.

Roy doesn't need a glove to perform alchemy. He just uses the glove to give him a sparks for his flame shit. He'd be able to do normal alchemist if he wanted too. His combat alchemy just involves flames.

Scar doesn't use alchemy. His arm just disassembles stuff causing it to blow up.

scar does use alchemy he stops at the second step of making something or whatever i don't know but ed explained it when he blew off his arm and was about to kill him.that was pretty sad how he lost os fast.

Yes he is able to complete the first two steps because of the trasmutation stuff on his arm. He doesn't actual know any alchemy though.

...what ever i don't even know that muc habout him to really argue.umm i finally found somewhere to download episodes no help form anybody here in these forums but yea he can't use alchemy he can only breakdown stuff with his arm.

roy is my favorite character in FMA. I don't know why, but he looks like the normalest character in the series.

and roy needs a transmutation circle to do alchemy if you look at the glove thats what the symbles for, but i liked him a bit before the movie but afterwards he proves that he's great

ed is just boring

i haven't seen the movie but i'll think a guess and say that it proably happens after the en dof the series or something.but roy isn't all that great.king bradely was kicking his ass.i would have burned him into a cinder comeon he was right next to a stove.but still roy is kool but not my favorite i like ed the best and his pops he seemed like a very strong alchemist

Riza's no alchemist.. This confused me like hell at first. I thought that everyone in the military could do alchemy, but it's only the State Alchemists.

Scar unconsciously does two steps of alchemy: Understanding and Decomposition, but stops there and doesn't do Reconstruction. Still, it's a subconscious reaction and doesn't know actual alchemy (as shown when he transferred the Philosopher's Stone to Al)

But yes, Roy Mustang is absolutely kewl. The kiss-stealin', wheelin-dealin', limousine-ridin', jet-flyin' son-of-a-gun who's had all the girls and made them cry [I mean, this guy gets @$$ like omfg]
