This chapter was good overall, although I didn't like that they didn't show how Kankuro got beaten by Sasori. I was looking forward to seeing the two of them fight, and they just showed Kankuro lying on the ground with all his puppets broken and didn't say how it happened.
I liked the revelation that Sasori is the one who made the puppets, and that he appears to be part puppet or have artificial appendages grafted onto his body. It seems like all the Akatsuki have a bloodline or something else that makes them different from normal humans--Itachi's sharingan, Kisame's fish-like qualities, Deidara's hand-mouth, and Sasori's tail and jaw. Oh yeah, and that plant guy.
I wonder what Baki meant when he said they would have to call on Kankuro's "retired sibling"? Aren't the Sand Three a bit young to have a sibling who's old enough to be retired?
I am also wondering about the jutsu that Jirayia warned Naruto not to use. My guess is that it's some uber-powerful but risky technique that Naruto is only supposed to use if Akatsuki is about to capture him.

My opinion is that the "UBER POWERFUL" Jutsu is not to be used because it might be copied and Jaraiya doesnt want that to happen. (Just My 2 cents)

If im not mistaken Naruto has already achieved that form of kyuubi. During the fight with sasuke, but it was a little different he didnt actually look like a fox.

Maybe it's a jutsu that loosens the seals on Kyuubi a bit to allow Naruto access to more of its power--sort of an equivalent to the false sleep jutsu that Gaara uses to allow Shukaku to take control?

If Jiraiya is telling Naruto not to use a jutsu, that means, without using that jutsu, he could get away from the hands of Akatsuki. Jiraiya trusts Naruto,but he tells Kakashi to take care of him,whech is because of Naruto's bad temper. Although it seems like he is more calm now.

I don't think they would losen the seal of the Kyyubi. It's too dangerous. I think Naruto has learned to make Kyyubi obey him and give as much power as he wants. Which means unbelivable power.

I believe that this would definately be one of the reasons if not at lease a partial one. Kakashi can already do kage bushin, and the summoning jutsu like Naruto. He can't copy the rasengan cuz its a jutsu not involving hand formations. Thats part of the beauty of the rasengan. Sasuke can't copy it either. HAHAHA! *Ahem* Anyway, Jiraiya is funny when he says he doesn't mind Naruto going after "Akatsuki" guys cuz he did get stronger. Everyone's asking "How strong?" did he get. Well lets see....Being gone 2 and a half years is quite a while to improve obviously. Looking at the battle's he's faced before that, he's had time to prep against many different types of jutsus and bloodline limits that he's been exposed to. Its also been shown that now he knows how to analyze his opponents a little more and is decidedly more clever as well. I think he's actually sand bagging. I believe there is no way they can make him weaker than gaara.

Sakura will also be an interesting mix. Obviously she'll have to help out kankuro depending on this retired sibling thing. Tsunade also isn't worried about Sakura going to battle against "Akatsuki". The similarity between Kakashi's Team 7 and the Legendary Sannin were obvious long ago.

Back to Naruto, learning the rasengan in a little under a month proves that he has to be some kind of genius. Something along the lines of Rock Lee being a "genius of hard work". When Naruto left at the ending of part one, he has the greatest raw power trapped within him. What he was lacking was taijutsu, more ninjutsus, and needs work on genjutsu (<-- I think thats right, the illusionary one anyhow) but one thing he severely lacked, was SPEED. Which brings me to what I'd like to see as one of Naruto's new jutsu's. I don't know if its copiable or if its a learned technique like the rasengan. If its a learned technique, Naruto will be in a class by himself, but the technique has "no jutsu" in the name so it sounds copiable. So the technique I hope he acquired and never gets copied is "Shuushin no jutsu". You know what I'm talking about. :wink:

Ok the Kyuubi doesn't need any type of training. He's a freeking nine tailed demox fox. The demon of all demons he can destory mountains and cause tidal waves with just a swipe of one of it's tails. It's got infinate Chakra and has been around since well forever(literally). The amount of techniques that they kyuubi has obtained would undoubtly make Kakashi's knowledge of jutsu's look like a childrens book. As for naruto being able to use the power of the kyuubi there's no doubt he can do it. The first time Jiraiya took naruto for training his entire emphasis was on kyuubi chakra control. So in two a half years he would have clearly expanded on that and added so much more to it. Not to mention that it's quite possible that demon fox itself might teach naruto some incredibly powerful techniques. The kyuubi knows that if nartuo dies he dies too, so it's going to do everything possibe to make sure that doesn't happen. Not to mention the kyuubi has a thirst for destruction and if it can't directly do that it's likely that it would teach naruto some incredibly destructive techniques to sort of qwench it's thirst.

I agree with the learning of jutsus that require lots of chakra. Jiraiya wanted to increase Naruto's chakra capacity and to use the kyuubi's chakra at will. Think of it in DBZ terms. Everytime a Sayan fights and survives, he/she got stronger. Their total power increased. I'm pretty sure its the same concept with Naruto. Jiraiya pointed this out to Naruto because he has unbelievable stamina (thanks to the kyuubi) and didn't need to work on chakra control because it'd be a waste of time, Naruto couldn't handle using alot of chakra before passing out. For a while in part one, around the ending of the chuunin exam, Naruto hadn't been using the nine tails chakra at all. After he used the kyuubi's chakra against Neji, he went on to fight Gaara (pretty soon afterward) and was able to give him an explosive enema :wink: , create the mass multiple shadow clones, summon "The Gamabunta" as well as junior, and transformed into the kyuubi, ALL with his own chakra.

All of the things Naruto was getting better at in Part I should have dramatically improved with the 2 and a half years of training with Jiraiya along with some new suprises.

My guess is that aside from speed, chackra control, etc. Naruto CREATED his own jutsu...

Rasengan is Jiraiya's, Chidori is Kakashi's, etc... Since Naruto has the kyuubi inside him granting him 'infinite' power, i'm assuming that the "jutsu" jiraiya-sama is telling him not to use is something kyuubi-related that would have a severe detrimental effect to Naruto whilst still giving the enemy the bend-you-over-my-knee-and-spank-you-with-a-pingpong-racket treatment...

Who knows? Maybe it's even a combination of jutsu's (like our beloved Harem no Jutsu [Combining kage bunshin with henge]) since Naruto is a very inventive person...

It might be a little weird, but I think it's too predictable that Naruto's new jutsu is one of Yondaime's... It would be an awesome twist if it was something completely different and characteristical as well as exclusive to naruto....

i'm hoping that kakashi got himself back into shape so he can show us why he is a special ninja. for someone that lead anbu i figured that he would be stronger than he has proven himself to be but he did admit to becoming weaker during the time of peace. he better be at his strongest this time around otherwise imma stop being a kakashi fan.

I also doubt it, I think Naruto lost to Sasuke because he realized that it was useless to fight him. Oh and some one else mentioned that Rasengan was Jaraiya's Jutsu I think it was actually Yodaime's. (If im not mistaken)

more than likely he didn't acutally aim for the head protector. A direct shot to the head from a Kyuubi powered rasengan would have decapitiated sasuke. We all saw the scratch on the head protector, a scratch that could only be created by the attack scraping along the head protector rather than hitting it straight on. Naruto did lose that fight on purpose more than likely to try and snap sasuke back to his sense's and it did work a little bit.

Second : About the famous Jutsu that Nartu can't use. Like some user i think it have a relation with the Kyuubi Jiraiya said to Naruto that he have tremendous power and he have to train to learn how to tame this power and that jutsu can help Naruto to use that energy without being complety exhausted or provoked emotionnaly. But this justu is like the 8 Celestical Gate and have tremendous side effects i.e : During this stage, Naruto is complety berseck and can't controll himself and can hurt his partner.

Finnaly : About the retired sibling mentionned in the Chapter 251, I don't think it have a relation with Sasori. The only perso who know that Sasori was in the sands village was Kankurou and he's not in condition to talk about it. The retired sibling in question is probably the one who trained Sasori and when Sasori leave the sands village and form the Akatsuki he eventually gave Sasori's dolls to Kankurou. Though it can be Temari. When Kankurou spoke to Gaara, he didn't mention Temari to be in any platoon and it's not because she is in Konoha's village as messenger for the sands that she activily doing mission.

Anyway I think we will know the identity of this "retired sibling" in the next issues of Naruto, and again, new questions will arise and (hopefully) new answer too.

The Kyuubi was sealed by the Fourth Hogake by using a Fuuin Jutsu...like the one, if not the same one the Third used to mess up Orochimaru's arms...so...it would be bad if Naruto used that...as in...THE END of Naruto...

Id's right, the third and the fourth use this justsu to seal Kyuubi and Orochimaru arms but I don't think that justsu is the one that Jiraiya forbid Naruto to use. It would be stupid to give him that jutsu and I don't think Jiraiya knows how to use it. The only people who use this justsu are hokage, so I think this Jutsu is only available for the person who obtain the title of Hokage (if it's not the case, probably every Shinobi village would have his version of Naruto).
