-may you make the pic with any photoshop program ???

It could be anyway you like, as long as it's drawn or created by you, it's consider a fan (you) ART~

you cant take someone else's work and change it a little with color or something like that. it has to be completely your own creation.

EDITED: ANYWAY, if it's not completely done by you, you must credit the person for the artwork he made for you to meddle with. :?
