i think you mean ichimaru and i honestly doubt it. the guys who were murdered were like some high council thing so we can assume they are strong. and ichimaru isnt amazingly strong....when he was fighting hitsugaya (the little guy) he was kinda losing the fight having to use the girl as a means of catching hitsugaya off guard. the high council seemed to have all been killed instantly at the same time so we can assume it was someone or something really really uber powerful that did it.
