Everyone get can get drunk, but in the story Lee cant even touch the stuff without becoming a super strong drunken master I mean he even knocked Gai out. If he opens the gate and used the drunken its super 20x stronger? and with seal is onlt 10x stronger so drunken should win now that even a genius like Shikamaru probably couldn't figure out anything on Lee's attacks without being irrational.

Gai is like the strongest physically fit besides Tsunade person in all of Konoha village and it will take some really strong attack to do that even when surprised. Gai is supposed to be stronger than Kakashi by a quite a bit and if Lee can knock someone that strong out I mean... that's gotta be the strongest Drunken Rage Attack and although it may not have seemed so surprising to you look at Gai's face!!! Look at the last page everyone that is strong is sweating a little. Its also possible that Lee combined the Lotus with Drunken Boxing and that is definitely at least at Jounin or Anbu power level.

Yeah sake isn't like vodka its not a drink you want to down a bunch of in one gulp. Thats why they drink it out of those little cups ^_~ You can drink a ton of sake over a long period but to drink it all at once it can knock your ass out.
