Let me start this off with 2 things:

1. This is going to be a post that begins a speculative discussion of what may transpire in the future.

2. I don't mean that the three Sannin got new Mazda's and are going on a road trip.

With that said; I'm a little concerned. It appears to me as though we are getting set up to see team 7 become the next Sannin. Now, I'm sure we all saw that coming but I had thought that the constant pulling us in other directions than what we were thinking was a pretty effective way of getting a good story out and keepin people entertained. It appears as though Sakura will be a Medical Nin (actually it was kinda obvious about 1/3-1/2 of the way through the series up to this point), Naruto will be basically like Jariya in the sense that he will be a former prankster turned mature ninja who will have a vast amount of power and many techniques due to the way his mind works, and Sasuke will obviously be strong, possibly have the Mangekyo Sharingan (I think that's how it's spelled) because he may believe that he killed Naruto which was the requirement for him to develop it, or he may have figured out another way to trigger that change since he just recently achieved a full blown normal Sharingan. He will obviously have very impressive techniques due to his time spent with Orochimaru, but the question is what will his soul be like. Obviously his main goal is to kill Itachi, but that may take some time to get to that place. Naruto made a promise to Sakura that he would bring Sasuke back no matter what, so that's going to be Naruto's motivation, and Sakura got tired of being a wuus and has decided to step it up a bit, so she also has something to prove. How do you see these factors (or your own interpretation of the events that have occured) effecting the way that the story will mold and shape itself to bring us once again to the edge of our seats?

Hahaha!, you´re good!, where do you get such a great imagination like that?? :P

I like what you´ve said about all of them, but doubt about the three becoming sannin. I don´t know it for sure, of course, but I wouldn´t call them A TEAM anymore.

But you may be right... let´s wait for it!!

I'm still just holding out that Sasuke turns on Oro after he gains some new powers.

I don't know what it is with people. But does no one else think that Sasuke isn't going to Oro? Look at what he says after the fight.

"iI will not.. Be your puppet" Revering I believe to Itachi stringing him along.

"I will gain power in my own way, I will surpass you in my own way." Looks like he might be sick of being pumped up by Oro, and now want to learn how to do stuff himself.

The reason that I stated that Sasuke went to Oro is because in Chapter 238 of the manga, on like the second page Sasuke says to Oro "...It doesn't matter how... GIVE ME POWER.". Now to me, that states that he went to Oro of his own free will and is now currently with him studying and gaining power. Now, if I interpreted that straight forward dialog, please let me know.

your post is probably just old but if you read the latest manga chapters then youll see sasuke going to oro saying give me power.

yeah but he could just be gaining power and then leaving...

That's true, but at the way the story sits now all three of them are under the "tutelage" of a Sannin. Sasuke knows he doesn't have the strength to take on Itachi right now, and he knows the only way to do it would be to have Oro give him power in any way he can get it. He is an avenger, that's his only motivation. More than likely you are right. He will study and grow for a few years and then get the heck out of Dodge while he can before Oro takes his body.

yeah i think kishimoto is getting a lot of requests on that. sasuke runnign away from orchimaru after taking a few jutsus i mean.

when orochimaru takes a persons body the victim isn't lost forever. some of the victims aspirations still resides in the body though orochimaru takes over, so my guess is that sasuke lets orochimaru take his body but allows sasuke's will for revenge exist. i doubt orochimaru would really risk losing his dream container by letting sasuke fight itachi. even if he trained him to seek revenge sasuke would have to surpass orochimaru and possibly become too strong for oro to take his body. either way oro loses out on his jutsu copying container.

Hmm, I like that idea... Sasuke being taken over, but traces of his being remaining in Orochimaru... I don't think it will happen, but I would like it to :P

personally i think sasuke will turn on oro after the 3 years of getting stronger and possibly kill him. Then go after Itachi.

I think he said that in reference to Itachi. I believe that he knew that Naruto wasn't dead. He went to Oro for power because he was going to get power in his own way. I think he meant by not killing his best friend. His own way would be going to Oro and getting power.

i dont think that Sasuke has enough power to turn on Oro-- I mean, he trained for only three years but Oro has been training for--well 50 years or so ^^; (or however long he was a ninja)
i dont think that Sasuke could be Oro yet- talent or not

and if he did beat Oro and went after Itachi- I dont think he could beat Itachi either, cause as Sasuke is getting stronger dont you think Itachi is getting stronger too? :|

im not saying that sasuke will become stronger than oro......but does strength always matter in a battle? shikamaru basically defeated temari and she was stronger than him and he almost won the fight with tayuya.
sasuke could find some way of tricking oro and killing him....not by brute strength.....like i said its just a theory

Imo, when Sasuke said "I will gain power in my own way, I will surpass you in my own way", I think he might have been saying that he will find an alternate way to awaken the higher-level sharingan techniques (mangekyou and amaterasu) without having to kill his best friend. I agree that he will probably try to betray Oro after the three years are up.

I have heard another speculation that's really interesting...Itachi presumably spared Sasuke for some purpose--because he wants Sasuke to kill him, or surpass him, or some other reason we don't know yet. In any case, it's reasonable to assume that Itachi might get kind of mad if Oro takes over Sasuke's body and prevents him from achieving that purpose (whatever it is). So my friend suggested that maybe Oro will take over Sasuke's body, but Itachi will show up and use mangekyou to kill Oro's mind, thus freeing Sasuke. (The idea is that since mangekyou attacks the mind and not the body, Oro would die but Sasuke would be unharmed)...I thought that was a really interesting idea, especially since it would create a HUGE internal conflict for Sasuke--what would he do if he ended up owing his life to the man he's trying to kill?

He he.. it would be pretty interesting indeed. 8)

By the way, I want to see Sakura having an epic battle with a demon or bloodlimit freak and kicking ass using medical jutsus, power strikes and illusions.

If naruto learned techniques of jiraya and he taught the fourth, that means he'll know all the fourth moves making naruto the next contender to hokage. does that also means he'll know the fourth's flash move( if u read the manga ) which would be awesome

First of all, at what point did you think Jiraiya is mature. Second, this same pattern can also be pointed out in Kakashi's team. Though I don't think Naruto's going to die. It's doubtful that Sasuke will turn on Oro, or even that Oro is teaching him any Jutsus, sinse he will still know them all when he enters Sasuke's body. The reason for Sasuke not turning on Oro in the first place, is that he's so obsessed with killing Itachi that he'll do anything, even be posessed. It's more likely that Naruto and Sakura will come and "save" Sasuke from Orochimaru.

Well, since Oro knows so many techniques (but we've only seen like...4-5) sasuke could just copy all of them. Another thing is that Sasuke could become good friends with Oro, then kill him and get the Mangekyo Sharingan.

Oro and Sasuke becoming friends??????
I so don't see that happing at all.

I think that sasuke will run away from Oro and go and kill his brother then come back to Konoha.

theres that but then dont you think oro got saskue under control and if he dosent they both still want to kill itachi for revenge and fear
