So I've had this story idea floating around in my head for a while now, and I decided to make a fanfic out of it. This will be my first fanfic ever, so constructive comments are appreciated.
Note: I've heard rumors that the upcoming manga chapters are going to deal with some of Kakashi's past. I haven't read any of the recent manga chapters, so any similarity between what I write here and what happens in the manga is pure coincidence (i.e. no spoilers).
Anyway, here it goes...

Present Day
Kakashi stood in Tsunade's office, listening solemnly to the news she was giving him. He had been worried for some time that Sasuke might leave Konoha in order to pursue his vengeance against Itachi. He had tried to guide Sasuke, to help him realize that strength could be gained by training with his comrades in Konoha. But the temptation of Orochimaru's cursed seal had proven to be too strong. Obito, I've failed. I'm sorry...

"Hey Kakashi-san!" Kakashi turned at the sound of his friend's voice. Uchiha Obito came running up to him with a grin on his face. "I heard you got promoted to ANBU. Congratulations!"
"Thanks," Kakashi said in his typical, laid-back manner. His dark eyes twinkled above the mask that covered the lower half of his face.
"Do you know what squad you'll be in yet?"
"No. I'm on my way to the ANBU headquarters to be assigned. One of your cousins is an ANBU squad leader, isn't he?"
Obito smiled and rolled his eyes. "Yeah. Thirteen years old and already an ANBU squad leader...what an overachiever."
Kakashi grinned. "Unlike you."
"Ha ha. Oh, by the way, did you hear Jirayia-sama wrote a book?" Obito held a book out to Kakashi. The title was "Icha Icha Paradise".
Kakashi made a face (not that Obito could see it under the mask). "I don't like that kind of book."
"Aw, come on Kakashi-san. If you can't get anywhere with Kurenai-chan, at least you can read about it."
"I'm never going to hear the end of that am I?"
"Nope."
Kakashi sighed and took the book. "I'd better get going. See you around."
"See you."

Kakashi arrived at the ANBU headquarters and walked in. All of the current ANBU members were lined up against one wall, wearing their masks, and the other two new members stood in the center of the room with Hokage-sama. "Ah, Kakashi, you're finally here. Now we can begin the assignments, " said Hokage-sama. The other two new ANBU members were a slim woman with purple hair, and a short, squat man with a long scar on his right cheek. Hokage first assigned the purple-haired woman and the man with the scar to their squads. As he read off the names of the squad members, they stepped forward from the line and took off their masks. The squad leader then presented the new member with a mask to wear, at which point he took his place in the line with his squad.
"Finally, we have Hatake Kakashi," said Hokage-sama. "Your teammates will be Ikagi Kagani--" (a young woman with bright red hair) "--and Surino Nagakai" (a bald, muscular man). "Your squad leader is--"
One of the other ANBU members stepped forward from the line. He was easily the shortest person there, with jet-black hair that was tied in a ponytail at the nape of his neck. As Hokage-sama spoke, he removed his mask to reveal dark eyes, and sharp cheekbones that gave the illusion of two lines carved in his face from the inner corner of his eyes down across his cheeks. He looked at Kakashi with a cool gaze that seemed devoid of all emotion.
"--Uchiha Itachi."

That's it for the first installment. Let me know what you guys think!

Wow, thanks! I love Arashi's "The ANBU Chronicles" fanfics, so I consider that a huge compliment! :D
Anyway, on with the story...

At first, Kakashi was skeptical about taking orders from a thirteen-year-old boy. The kid might be talented, but could someone so young possess the courage, maturity, and experience necessary to lead an ANBU squad? But after a few missions, Kakashi learned that Itachi was not like most of the other shinobi his age. He possessed the ability to focus completely on a goal, to block out all other concerns and devote all his thought and energy to the success of the mission. He also had a superb strategic mind, and knew the strengths and weaknesses of his team intimately.
There was, however, one aspect of Itachi's personality that disturbed Kakashi. While any shinobi had to learn not to let his personal feelings interfere with a mission, Itachi seemed to have no emotions whatsoever--at least none that he showed. He did not so much as smile when the team defeated a difficult opponent, nor did he shed even a single tear when Kagani was killed by a missing-nin the team was hunting. It was during that battle that Itachi did something none of the team had ever seen before. After killing Kagani, the missing-nin lunged towards Itachi. Itachi did not move to dodge or to attack, but simply stood in place and closed his eyes. Kakashi darted forward, intending to intercept the missing-nin's attack before it could hit his team leader. What is Itachi doing? Why isn't he moving? He usually has phenomenal speed, he could easily dodge that attack! Before Kakashi could reach the missing-nin, Itachi opened his eyes and locked his gaze with that of his attacker. The missing-nin screamed as though in terrible agony, and then collapsed. Kakashi put a finger to the man's neck, and did not find a pulse. "He's dead." As he looked up to convey this news, Kakashi met Itachi's eyes. For a second, he felt as though there were another world on the other side of those eyes, one that he might fall into if he looked into them for too long. He felt an involuntary shiver run down his spine. Later, he questioned Obito about it. Obito looked uneasy. "Itachi possesses the Mangekyou Sharingan--the ultimate Sharingan bloodline limit and trump card of Konoha. It creates a genjutsu that only another Sharingan user can see through. Specifically, it forces the victim to see an illusion that is so real it can cause physical damage, even death."
"Do all of the Uchihas have this ability?"
Obito shook his head vigorously. "No, it's very rare. Itachi is the only one alive who currently has it. It rarely occurs more than once in a generation, and sometimes not even that often. The last person to possess it was Itachi and Sasuke's grandmother, who died fighting Kyuubi. You're lucky the jutsu had already dissipated before you saw his eyes, or you could have been caught in it too." Kakashi shivered.

That spring, a great excitement swept through Konoha. The Chuunin exam was to be held in a few weeks! There was a flurry of activity as everyone in the villiage, from the civilians to the Hokage, prepared for the event. The ANBU squads were especially busy, since they were in charge of security.
"There will be many foreign shinobi visiting our village for the exam," Itachi told his team. "While the Chuunin exam is generally considered a time of neutrality, some of the villages that will be attending are not on very good terms with each other. It is our responsibility to make sure that the tensions between these villages do not result in violence. The first envoys from Sand and Mist will be arriving today. I assume you have all read the dossiers of the shinobi who will be in the village for the exam?" The squad members nodded. "Good. Everyone report to your posts."

The team broke up, and Itachi headed to his post on the other side of the village, near the quarters that had been set up for the visiting shinobi. He sighed. Hokage-sama often talked about how a shinobi could find true strength by protecting those who were precious to him, but Itachi often found his ties to the village and his family more of a hindrance than a help. Most of the other shinobi were nowhere near as powerful as he was, and he often had to make allowances for their weakness. He constantly sought to challenge himself, to become stronger, to reach his full potential, but the rest of the village was like a heavy weight, dragging him down to their level. Sometimes he was tempted to just walk out of Konoha and never come back. He sighed again.
Itachi suddenly became aware of someone standing in the road in front of him. It was a tall woman with short, blond hair and a Sand forehead protector. One of the shinobi who is visiting for the Chuunin Exam? The woman made no move to get out of Itachi's path as he approached her. She almost seemed to be waiting for him. "Can I help you?"
"Uchiha Itachi, I need to speak with you."
Again, Itachi sighed. Some routine question about the arrangements for her gennin, no doubt. "So speak."
She shook her head. "Not here."
Itachi became wary. Could this be some sort of trap? But what shinobi would be foolish enough to ambush an enemy in the middle of his own village? The woman directed Itachi to a small restaurant nearby, and led him to a corner booth. Once there, she said, "I don't want us to be overheard," and performed what Itachi quickly recognized as a soundproofing jutsu. She tapped the wall of the booth, and the noise of the other patrons faded away. Presumably they could not hear Itachi and the woman anymore either. "I represent a group that has a proposition to make to you, Itachi-san."
"What kind of group? And what sort of proposition?"
The woman smiled. "Activate your Sharingan."
Itachi did so, and gasped in surprise. The woman's true appearance was being covered by Henge no Jutsu, which his Sharingan pierced effortlessly. The woman's short, blond hair became long and black, tied up in a bun at the back of her head. Her shinobi gear was replaced by a long black coat with a pattern of red clouds. She wore a ring with a kanji on it on one finger. Her Sand head protector remained, but now there was a line scratched through the Sand emblem. Onizuka Tagiyama, the S-rank missing-nin of the Hidden Sand! What the hell is she doing here?!

12-01-2004, 12:01 AM
OK, time for the next section!

Itachi tensed. This woman was an S-rank missing-nin, a feared assassin known for her mastery of genjutsu and taijutsu. Even for him, she would be a formidable opponent. "What are you doing here? All ANBU squads have orders to kill you on sight."
"As I said, I represent a group that has a proposition to make to you. As for your orders, you could kill me, but then you would never hear our offer."
"And what is that offer?"
"I belong to a group called Akatsuki. It is a group of S-rank shinobi who have forsaken their home villages and banded together for a common purpose. Only the most powerful of ninjas are eligible for membership--your own sensei, Orochimaru, joined us a few years ago. Our organization is currently seeking an additional member."
"You spoke of a common purpose for the members of Akatsuki. What is it?"
"Simply put, each of us seeks to develop his or her full potential, to become as strong as possible without the constraints we felt in our home villages. As a group, we gather jutsus and items of power. When all of us have achieved our full potential, there will be nothing we cannot accomplish together. Even the conquest of one of the shinobi countries would not be beyond our power."
Something in Tagiyama's words resonated in Itachi's mind. He recalled how he had often felt as though his clan and village were holding him back, keeping him from reaching the full extent of the potential he knew he had. He remembered how he had often wished he could leave the village. Of course, Konoha would never let a possessor of the Sharingan leave. If he became a missing-nin, Konoha's ANBU squads would hunt him down. But with the protection of other powerful shinobi..."To become as strong as possible without the constraints we felt in our home villages..."
"What is required to become a member?" he asked.
"There are three requirements. First, a shinobi cannot simply petition for membership--he must be sought out by the group. My presence here satisfies that requirement. Second, he must be observed by a current member and judged to be a promising candidate. I have been observing you for several weeks under a variety of disguises, and I conclude that you meet this condition as well. Thus, there is only the third and final test: a prospective member must prove both his strength and that he has left behind all previous loyalties. If you join, you must be willing to sever all other ties--to your village, your clan, even the closest members of your family. You must prove your willingness to do this. If I am satisfied with the evidence you present, you will be accepted into Akatsuki."
Itachi considered this. "When must I present this evidence to you?"
"In one week's time."
"Return to Konoha three hours after sundown one week from today, and I will meet your third requirement."
"Very well." Tagiyama brought her hands together. "Kai!" The soundproofing jutsu was released, and the noise of the restaurant returned. Itachi let his Sharingan fade, and the blond Sand jounin sat before him once again. She stood, and left the restaurant. Itachi sat there for a few more minutes, deep in thought. He had an idea of how he could satisfy the requirement Tagiyama had set, but it would be difficult and dangerous, even for him. He was glad she had given him a week to prepare.

One week later, the first test of the Chuunin exam had passed, and the second test was about to get underway. Due to the large number of visitors in the village, all of the restaurants, theaters, and other places of entertainment were holding special events. An outdoor performance was scheduled for that evening, and Kakashi planned to attend with a group of his friends. "It's the first night in two weeks I haven't had guard duty," he told Obito. "It makes me glad we only hold this exam once a year."
Obito chuckled. "I bet you regret joining ANBU now, huh? But at least tonight you'll get to relax." He poked Kakashi in the ribs and winked. "Maybe you can even make a good impression on Kurenai-chan."
"You're never going to stop teasing me about that, are you?" Kakashi asked with a sigh.
"Nope," Obito responded, and grinned.

That evening, Kakashi, Kurenai, Asuma, Nagakai, and Iruka gathered for the performance. Kakashi noticed that Obito was not there. "Hey, Kakashi-san, for once you're not the last one here," Asuma joked. The sun set, and still Obito did not arrive. The performance started, and still Obito did not arrive.
"I wonder what's keeping him," Kakashi said.
Kurenai shrugged. "Probably exam duties. He's got a genin team, doesn't he?"
Kakashi nodded. "Yes, but they were eliminated in the first exam. They fell for Ibiki-san's trick question." He frowned. "It's not like Obito to be this late. I'm going to go see if he forgot or something."

Kakashi hurried towards Obito's house. Obito lived with the rest of the Uchiha clan in a neighborhood on the west side of Konoha. He felt slightly foolish for being worried about Obito, but it wasn't like him either to be late or to forget a date with his friends. You're just being paranoid, Kakashi told himself. But paranoia had saved his life many times as an ANBU member. How many times would he have been killed if Kagani had not insisted on searching for traps, or if Itachi had not stopped to scan an area for genjutsu? And there were a lot of foreign shinobi in the village.
As Kakashi approached the section of Konoha where the Uchihas lived, he noticed that it was eerily quiet. The Uchihas were a large clan, and their home was always filled with the sounds of children running around and people laughing and talking. But now there was no sound at all. Kakashi turned the final corner and stepped onto the street where Obito's house stood--and stopped, freezing in horror at what he saw.

That's all for now. I should be able to get the last chapter up sometime this week. Hope you're all enjoying the story!

Alright, here comes the last chapter:

The street along which the Uchiha clan members had their homes was littered with bodies. More than 30 people lay dead in the street, and all of them wore the symbol of the Uchiha clan somewhere on their clothing. Some had died from shuriken, kunai, or katana wounds. Others appeared to have been killed by various ninjutsu. A few seemed to have died for no apparent reason, and one or two were badly burned, with small black flames still smoldering around their bodies. Whoever had done this did not seem to care who his victims were: some of the dead were shinobi, but many others were civilians of all ages. As a shinobi, Kakashi had long ago accepted that all conflicts carried the risk of casualties, but this indiscriminate slaughter disgusted him. Who would do something like this?!
Kakashi suddenly realized that there was someone in the street who was still alive. A small boy sat in the center of the street, sobbing heavily. Kakashi recognized him as Uchiha Sasuke, Itachi’s brother and one of Obito’s cousins. Kakashi ran to Sasuke and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. “Are you hurt?” Sasuke shook his head and continued crying. “Sasuke-kun, do you know what happened here? Who did this?”
Sasuke looked up at Kakashi, and he saw pain and terror in the boy’s eyes. “Nii-san…” he murmured, and resumed sobbing.
His brother? Itachi? That's not possible! Thinking that Sasuke’s comment was meant to express worry for his brother, Kakashi said reassuringly, “Don’t worry, Sasuke-kun. Itachi-san is a strong ninja. I’m sure he defeated whoever did this.”
Sasuke looked up at him again. “Don’t you understand? Itachi is the one who did this!” Sasuke pointed up towards the rooftops. Kakashi looked where the boy was pointing and saw a figure fleeing towards the boundary of Konoha.
“Sasuke-kun, I need you to go to the nearest ANBU post and send a squad here immediately. Can you do that for me?” Sasuke nodded, got to his feet, and ran back towards the center of Konoha. Kakashi jumped onto a nearby rooftop and began pursuing the fleeing figure.
As he ran, Kakashi tried to make sense of what he had been told. Why would Itachi do something like this? All of the Uchihas loved and admired him! How could he do this to them? Beneath his anger and sorrow, Kakashi felt a tingle of fear. A fight with Itachi was not something he looked forward to. He remembered what Obito had said about the Mangekyou Sharingan, and how the missing-nin Itachi had used it on had appeared to be experiencing horrible pain. There is no way I can counter that technique! I’ll just have to hope he is too low on chakra to use it. And even if he can still use it, I have to take the risk. Someone who has committed such a terrible crime cannot be allowed to escape! It appeared that Itachi was indeed tired, for Kakashi was quickly catching up to him despite his head start. He pulled out a few shuriken and prepared himself for the coming battle.

As Itachi hurried towards the border of Konoha, he glanced back over his shoulder and noticed someone following him. Tagiyama? But no, this figure was taller and definitely male. A glint of moonlight illuminated it. Kakashi-san! It appeared as though his brother had already alerted ANBU. Itachi knew it might have been a mistake to leave a living witness, but he was dangerously low on chakra, and what he had told his brother was true: such a weak child was simply not worth the effort it would take to kill him. Itachi cursed. Of all the people to discover him, it had to be the one who was on his own ANBU squad and knew his weaknesses. But that knowledge goes both ways. Itachi stopped running, drew his katana, and turned to face Kakashi.

As Kakashi caught up, Itachi stopped running, drew a katana that he had strapped to his back, and turned to face him. As he got closer, Kakashi could see that Sasuke must have been right about Itachi being the one responsible for the massacre: although Itachi appeared unwounded, his face, hands, clothing, and katana were spattered with blood. Kakashi felt a swell of rage, but quickly suppressed it. Anger will only make me do something stupid and leave myself vulnerable. He threw the shuriken at Itachi, but Itachi easily dodged them. Kakashi drew a kunai and approached Itachi warily. Itachi darted forward and swung the katana at Kakashi. It was a slow, inelegant strike, and Kakashi easily dodged it. He must really be tired to do something so clumsy. Then Kakashi felt a rush of pain as someone stabbed him in the back with a kunai. He whirled around and saw a second Itachi standing behind him. He used Kage Bunshin? I didn’t even see his hands move to perform the seal! The clumsy katana strike had only been meant to distract Kakashi from the clone sneaking up behind him. Kakashi slashed at the clone with his own kunai, and it vanished in a puff of smoke. He leaped back to put some distance between himself and Itachi. Genjutsu are useless against him, and he’s fast enough to avoid most taijutsu. I’ll have to use ninjutsu to defeat him. Kakashi executed a complex series of seals. “Grand Fireball no Jutsu!”

Itachi jumped into the air to avoid the fireball. Damn! I’m too low on chakra to use Mangekyou or Amaterasu. If this battle drags on too long, I won’t even have enough energy to outrun the ANBU and get out of Konoha. I need to end this quickly. As he fell back towards the rooftop, Itachi sheathed his katana, performed a few seals, and began gathering chakra in the palm of his right hand.

As the smoke from the fireball cleared, Kakashi saw Itachi standing behind it, apparently unharmed. His right palm glowed with a blue light, as though filled with a ball of lightning. Chidori! As Itachi began running towards him, Kakashi stepped to one side to avoid the blast, and grabbed Itachi’s wrist. Suprisingly, Itachi did not seem particularly alarmed by this. He simply brought his left hand up near Kakashi’s face. The hand, which had appeared to be empty, shimmered, and suddenly there was a kunai in it. Before Kakashi could react, Itachi plunged the kunai into Kakashi’s left eye. Kakashi screamed in pain, released Itachi’s wrist, and crumpled to the rooftop. He used a genjutsu to conceal the weapon in his left hand? Then the chidori was only used to distract me and get me to move into a position where I wouldn’t be able to counter the second attack. Kakashi braced himself for the killing blow, but nothing happened. He looked up, and saw Itachi resuming his flight out of Konoha.

Just outside Konoha, Itachi landed on a bridge that spanned a small stream. A patch of air in front of him shimmered, and Tagiyama appeared as if from nowhere. An invisibility jutsu? Too bad I don’t have my sharingan activated anymore; I would’ve liked to learn that. “May I assume that I have met your third requirement?”
“In a most impressive manner.” This was a bit of an understatement: Tagiyama was nothing short of amazed. He defeated an entire clan—a clan that holds one of the most powerful bloodline ability in Konoha—by himself! Even I couldn’t pull off something like that! “We ought to leave soon. Konoha will be sending ANBU out after you shortly.”
“Wait a moment. There’s something I should do first. May I borrow one of your kunai? I’ve used all of mine.”
Tagiyama nodded and tossed Itachi a kunai. He took out his Konoha forehead protector and used the kunai to make a long, thin scratch across the Konoha emblem on it. Then he tied the protector on his head and wordlessly tossed the kunai back to Tagiyama.
Tagiyama nodded approvingly. “You must have used up most of your chakra,” she said. “We should find a safe place where you can rest for a while before we head back to Akatsuki headquarters.”
“I know a place we can go to.” Itachi turned, and without so much as a backward look at his former home, took off into the night. Tagiyama spared the village of Konoha a single contemptuous glance, and then followed him.

Back inside Konoha, Kakashi dropped heavily to the ground. He tore a piece of cloth from his shirt and pressed it to his eye to stop the bleeding. Suddenly, he heard a voice behind him. “Kakashi-san…” He turned quickly, and saw Obito lying on the ground in front of his house. “Obito-san!” He ran to his fallen friend, and saw that there were three kunai embedded in Obito’s chest. He began trying to dress Obito’s wounds, but Obito weakly pushed his hand away.
“It’s too late, Kakashi-san…you’re hurt…”
Kakashi shook his head. “I’ll be fine,” he said, knowing that it was a lie. Will I even be able to continue as a shinobi?
Obito coughed up blood. “Is there…is there anyone left?”
Kakashi nodded. “Sasuke-kun is alive and unhurt. He’s gone to get reinforcements from ANBU.”
“Only Sasuke-kun?”
Kakashi felt tears flowing down his face. “Only Sasuke-kun.”
“Please…please protect him…”
“I will.” Kakashi clenched one fist. “Why did Itachi do this? What possible reason could he have?”
“I don’t know. He didn’t say anything…not a single word the whole time…All of us…fought…tried to protect each other…but he is too strong…”
Kakashi felt rage flare up inside himself again. “I will stop him. His own ANBU squad will hunt him down.”
Obito shook his head. “No…the Sharingan is too strong…it can only be defeated by itself…to fight Itachi you will need…” Obito’s voice failed, and he grasped Kakashi’s hand. He placed it over his one of his own eyes, and his breathing shuddered to a halt.
For the first time since his parents had died fighting the Kyuubi, Kakashi lowered his head and cried openly. Obito-san, he vowed, I will protect Sasuke-kun. I will guide him and help him become a strong shinobi. And one day, he and I will fight side-by-side to avenge you. When the ANBU squad Sasuke had alerted arrived, they found Kakashi still kneeling by Obito’s body, wounded and bleeding, with one hand over one of Obito’s sharingan eyes.

Present Day
Kakashi stood in front of the carved stone, a monument to the Konoha shinobi who had given their lives for their village. He looked at the long list of names on the stone. Sandaime and Yondaime. The Uzumakis. His own parents, and Iruka’s. Hyuuga Hizashi. Kagani. The Uchihas. And Obito. Forgive me, Obito-san. I had a chance to avenge your murder, and I failed. I have spent years trying to protect and teach Sasuke-kun, and I failed. I told Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura that I don’t let my comrades die, but now Sasuke-kun has gone to his death because I didn’t teach him well enough!
Kakashi heard a sound behind him and turned. “Hello, Nagakai-san,” he greeted his former ANBU teammate.
“Hello, Kakashi-san.” Nagakai seemed to have something he wanted to say. “I thought I might find you here.”
“I come here every day.”
“I know. I come here often too…to pay my respects to Kagani-chan. Are you here because of Obito-san?”
Kakashi said nothing.
“What’s just happened isn’t your fault, you know. Just as what happened back then wasn’t your fault.”
“Sasuke-kun was my responsibility. He was a genin under my command. I was responsible for his life, just as I’m responsible for Naruto-kun and Sakura-kun’s lives.”
“Is it true that the reason you left ANBU was so that you could become a sensei and look after Sasuke-kun?”
Again, Kakashi said nothing.
Nagakai sighed. “The team Tsunade-sama sent out after Sasuke-kun will bring him back. Neji, Shikamaru, Chouji and Kiba are all strong shinobi. And not even the Death God himself could stand between Naruto and his best friend.”
“But even if they do bring him back, will it change anything? Sasuke-kun has begun to seek power at any cost. He has left behind his village, his comrades, his friends. He’s becoming more like…” Kakashi could not bring himself to finish.
“More like Itachi?”
Kakashi nodded, but once again said nothing.
“There’s one thing you’re forgetting. Sasuke-kun has been influenced by you and by Naruto. He will always have your words and Naruto’s in the back of his mind. Even if the team cannot convince him to return, your influence eventually will. I have no doubt of that.” Nagakai walked away, leaving Kakashi alone with his thoughts.
Kakashi remembered all that he had tried to teach Sasuke, and all that Naruto had taught him as well. “I will definitely protect everyone!”… “I’ll protect you guys even if it kills me. I don’t let my comrades die.” … “I don’t take back my words. That’s my way of the ninja!” He had promised to protect Sasuke, and that was what he would do. He turned back to the stone, and remembered the vow he had made to Obito five years ago. Perhaps, even now, it was not too late to fulfill it. Obito-san, no matter what, I will bring Sasuke-kun back, and I will protect him. I gave you my word, and I don’t go back on my word…that’s my way of the ninja.

Author's Note: As I mentioned at the beginning of the story, I have not read any of the manga past where the anime currently is, so there are no spoilers here. Nagakai's assurance that the team will bring Sasuke back is NOT a spoiler--only Kishimoto knows whether or not he's right.
Well, that's the end of my very first fanfic. I hope you all enjoyed it. Please leave comments!
