Yeah I really think it is a good chapter: Neji found peace in his life, and learns now from a head member (so maybe it means that he is being accepted by them)
There is a relation between shikamaru and temari (though it isn't confirmed, its the way they talk to eachother)
Sakura is a good apprentice in tsunade's opinion (finally some good qualities from her)
and hinata and kiba have found themselves in training!!!

now the next chapter (in 2 weeks) is about kakashi's history

the arc after that is going to be 3 years later!!! (speculation: all 3 are much stronger, there's much more new thing for us to discover (maybe some love-couples, or new jutsus or whatever) Maybe the konohamaru squad will be genin then!!! :D (teacher: kakashi?) anyways it will be much and much cooler!!!)

I like to think about the future, because with a little bit of fantasy you can make great stories!!!

Yay, I got just what i wanted, even if it was only just a slight glimpse into the underworld of the Akatsuki I am greatful. Now is it just me, or from the way i read and interpreted the chapter, a 4th person with the sharingan was shown!? What i'm refering to is the last person shown at the end of the manga. He had eyes similar to sharingan, but his hair style differed from that of Itachi. Just wondering? :o

On the chapter 237 sticky, i mentioned this issue ending off with akatsuki and a glimpse of their leader didn't I?! Lol, better shut up now before someone calls me a noob.

Anyway my views, on the last page we see the sword of that fishy guy, des it belong to the big ogre man at the back or the one inthe front? All the darkness makes i seem a bit unclear. As for the person on the last caption, it is not Itachi i reckon cause the guys hair is more short, andi tachi's hair isn't spiked up like that only at the back, but i don't reckon it's the sharingan i reckon that the leader just has a type of monster sealed in him as well. Possibility of it being fourth but doubtful, my main evidence for this is naruto looks at the fourth and then it quickly changes to that.

What does the last note mean about the chapters? Will it mean that Naruto will stop for one week and return with a 2 week arc? Or does it mean it'll return in 2 weeks time?

Sakura will kick ass, and I hope she dresses different in the future. To look more mature and skillful. I think many of them need a change of appaerance, including Naruto. This will be great becuase they will be 15 and 16, an age where sexual attraction rises, so I want to see if there are couples (Shikamaru and Temari perhaps).

I am worried about those who are not training and left behind, most of them are women: Ino, Tenten, Hinata. And they are characters I really like.

I wonder if there will be new genins (under Anko perhaps), or under Genma.

Isn't there only supposed to be 7? It showed 4 I believe (in the dark page). Plus the plant head guy we say before, didn't look like he was there. So aside from him not being there, there is itachi, the big guy, bat guy, kisame, and the guy that ooks sort of like itachi (unless it was itachi). That makes six and since oro left akatsuki then six is how many there should be unless he has been replaced.

If you look there the last 2 pages are joined up sotherefore you can count all 9 members of the akatsuki, the thing is that i want to know does that include their leader or doesn't it because i don't reckon it does.

EDIT: Now that ilook at the manga again there are a few things i want to comment on. I reckon the person who says the last line is the leader. Not itachi, this is because if you look at the caption at the bottom right hand corner that is itachi,because he has no response when they go he's your brother isn't he, and kishimoto won't bother putting that there is it wasn't itachi, the point i'm getting at is notice the hair of itachi and the hair of the person on the last caption, it is different. If you think about the angle as well it can't be itachi since there isn't anybody to the left of him that can be noticable standing up (a bit confusing i know). This could link in with all of those people who think the last remaining uchiha is in akatsuki because the fishy akatsuki member said we will not be forgiven if they harm kakashi. By the way the first guy from the right talks you can tell he is the plant guy. BTW who reckons the third guy from the right's shadow looks a little like kabuto's? I know it can't be because it began the chapter with him at Oro's but i'm just saying.

I have been downloading all the previous chapters in volumes, and after reading them for some time, I can pretty comment on the progress of this chapter.

I doubt that the 4th Hokage was involved in Akatsuki, as we know already the sealing technique that the 4th used (as examplified by the 3rd) to seal the Kyuubi killed him. Impossible, unless creatively perverted minds said otherwise.

The progress of Team #7 is now another Sannin saga all over again. ::sigh::

IMO, the Hyuuga clan is settled now that Neji has somewhat (according to this episode) tempered his fury and now comes to terms with the Head family. I'd probably think that peace has been made in the Hyuuga family.

I think the rest of the shinobi will train hard. I don't know whether there will be a 3-year skip or not. I'd rather take that the time frame will be in 6-month bursts culminating to the 3-year target.

Speaking of 3 years, Gai's team will probably be 16, the three Genin teams will be 15, Kakashi 29 <add more characters here>. Talk about "time flies by pretty fast".

I want to say something. I don't like the fact that Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke are already receiving training from the Sannins. It is too much specialized training. I would have liked better if they grew up by their own way or with their Jounin sensei as everybody else. It seems that jounin sensei's don't teach much to their genins in the anime. Now, with Naruto learning from the great Jiraiya, Sakura from Tsunade (yes, she needed to start training, but hey! Tsunade is the Fift Hokage!!, she should have gained that privilege in other way! and.. Tsunade should be very busy, so Sakura should have been assigned to Shizune) and Sasuke learning from Orochimaru... hmmm.. how the hell aren't they gonna be the best in 3 years??. I don't want this to turn into DBZ (Goku trained with Kami-sama, then with Kayo-sama, and learned great techniques that wasn't teached to anyone else). The main characters get the best training, and the others are kept away. I like when all of them fight and look good, as it have been until now.
Why didn't Kakashi trained Sakura, seeing she was all weak? :evil:

That's why it's called a plot twist. I've already seen dumber plot twists happen. Well, making up some silly plot twist to make it so that the 4th didnt die is pretty easy. Maybe the 4th had a perfected version of the jutsu that doesnt kill you and simply replaced his body with a corpse?

I was just thinking of something... Star Wars! I mean don't you think it'll be funny if the leader of akatsuki is the 4th and then somewhere in the future we realise that the 4th is naruto's father (pretty obvious). Then the 4th will re-take kyuubi without seeing the 4th's face (maybe behind a mask or something). Then the 4th and the kyuubi's chakra will mix, then Naruto will see the fox and he'll say something like YOU KILLED MY FATHER, then he'll say no naruto... i AM YOUR FATHER! Also there could be a slight chance that the 4th is both akatsuki leader and an uchiha since we do not know his name anyway.

Remember the Oro vs. Sarutobi battle? Oro started to summon the previous Hokage's, and the 3rd was all like "OH NO!" when Oro started pulling up the 4th's coffin.

I'd love to see everybody like Naruto and Sasuke more grown-up and stronger then now... really curious about how they are gonna look, but if you look at how almost everybody has great style I think it will be all right:)

But for Sasuke to grow stronger in the 3 years... Itachi still has Sharingan and is growth may still be bigger... he is like only 17 or so...

I went to my friends house and we was watching the episode where naruto was trying to get respect from gamabunta (is that his name? can't remember). Then at the end when Jiraiya showed him the scroll and had the translation on it it said something next to his name, as in the previous person's name, will anybody check it up? But wouldn't Naruto see it if the person had the same surname as him, or wouldn't Jiraiya tell him, since it's not that big of a deal.

Uzumaki is naruto´s surname. This would mean that Naruto and the 4th are related, but it´s still no proof that he is Naruto´s father. Their relationship could be less close.

Or it could be that they gave Naruto the surname of Uzumaki as a tribute to the 4th.

Remember, Naruto was supposed to symbolize the 4th's sacrifice to save Konoha, and ultimately, the world from Kyuubi.

The 4th intended for Naruto to be regarded as almost hero-like. Unfortunately, Naruto was isolated and treated as a curse because his being there was also a painful memory of those lost in the fight against Kyuubi.

So what I'm trying to get at, is that Naruto was given Uzumaki as a surname to pretty much honor the 4th.

Of course, I could be incredibly wrong and so inaccurate that it makes you want to poke my shoulder.

i checked the chapter with the scroll and i dont see anything that looks similar to naruto's surname

Maybe he was naruto's uncle or older brother? They did say that even the 4th died very young.
