Just buy a normal gamecube premodded once its modded it doesnt really matter if its "japanese" the only diffirences will be the start up will be in japanese so I suggest to get an English Pre-Modded Cube cube will cost only a little more then the normal non modded ones. Please note you can play burnt japanese games on it. Heres a link to a pre-modded Game-Cube

The thing with thefreeloader is it isnt any sort of modification to your console, and so doesn't invalidate your warranty. Also, it's completely legal...

I have Freeloader and Naruto 3. It works fine and thats all you need.
