Not to "strict" of rules i think.
1. since the section is naruto fan art contest, the piece you entere has to be related to the Naruto anime/manga series. whether it be the main character naruto or a leaf/sound/sand nin that you made up yourself
2.Enter only one piece of artwork. i am sure this isnt gonna be the only contest that we will have here.
3. Must be your own art work.
4.As for how long we have, i figure we will make this a monthly competition. So you have until the end of this month to put up what yuou want.
5. In the contest entry section there will be no discussion, only posted art works and their names. Discussion will be in another thread. Any thing put posted pictures will be deleted
thats about all for now if there are any issues that come up that another rule needs to be set i will do so at that time
