Where can i find 'English' Naruto GBA Roms??

Yea like with tony hawk underground. you create you own character and like kingdom hearts you get asked questions and depending on the questions they decide what village to place you in.

HEy guys im a programmer and looking at your post, im also a fun of Naruto and Naruto is my favorite character anyway, if you like i could create a game like you were saying but not that pretty cause i don't have enought resources, if you would like to help me,just create a character of Naruto and his friends and the Naruto cast similar in BREATHE OF FIRE III, im going to make 2D first and enhance it to 3D if the game is really great . Don't Worry ill send you a copy after finishing it just HElp me OK, send me those Pics, it must be or it must show the left,front,back,right view of those character oh and the whole story two

Cause I got a great idea for a character and plus Im a spriter and I can maybe help you with the spriting. :D

That would be cool... maybe a bit simpler: You have a character (Not any of the cast) and you can customize how he/she looks (Kinda like Sims). You have ability points that you can assign to certain characteristics, like speed, chakra, etc. Then make it a MORPG (not massive, obviously) with Naruto characters as computer controlled. Then, depending on your actions, certain values (good, evil, etc.) are stored in your character's database file (not your computer, but rather the server). If you do a certain action with a certain number of values on you, you get outcast, join assassination squad, become a Hokage, etc. That's my idea.
If you're better at 1st person shooters, then maybe you pick a character and your weapon is simply a shuriken, needle, ninjutsu, etc. Doppelgangers can be created as computer-controlled characters that you give orders to.

i played naruto game on ps2 wen i went to japan... wen i went to sony building..
it tookme like fifteen minutes just to start the game cuz i didnt kno what to press.... and like all these windows came out and i was LIKE AHH!!

To bad there aren't any english roms but i played the japans game rts and i think youre limited to many things because when naruto got angry he got great chakra and in the game you can only get more chakra by gaining levels

I was just remembering how big pokemon fire red and leaf green was a few months ago, and people were hacking the rom to translate it, it would be great if there was a group to hack/translate the naruto gba games so all us non-japanese speaking people can give the games a try, while still knowing what we are doing.

Yea, making patches for roms so they'll be in English has been going on for a long time. There just isn't one for any of the Naruto GBA games yet.

ok so here is my idea for the naruto game
its like pokemon with a giant map (like all pokemon maps combined). except it will be in 3d and a mmolrpg and free.like pokemon you will need naruto equivelants of hms to travel to other places. and you should have to forage for your own food and sleep and care for your charachter.and the world should have many levels (eg underwater etc.. etc..)and have a really in depth charachter creation and level up process.but there should be a steady rank progression throughout the game as you complete different missions.and a naruto cardgame like in final fantasy games.

How bout this. A huge MMORPG thats styled like Naruto in Grand theft auto looking place. Many cities, towns etc. heres the game mechanics

when you level, you get 1 statistic point- statistics effect STR, AGI, DEX, INTL, LUK
each effects u in various ways, eg: more chakra, more what eva what eva

every level you also get 1 skill point and 1 attribute
skills can be used to learn techinques. find a certain ninja and they will say it will take 3 skill points to learn replication etc. some skills will have quests

A third thing you get every level is an ninja trait
ninja traits include faster run, higher max jump, increased sprint time, health regeneration over time, bonus evasion or critical strikes, and each aspect can be charged up more then once. If you would like, u could go all out run speed, and become a speed demon. Also their are damage passives, throwing passives and others.


Gameplay: Its online, and you use a controller. Use a Ps2 control

[ ] and O are used to use strong strikes and weak strikes, and ^ is to interact with enviroment, or throw enemies. Interactions include kicking off walls, climbing, throwing enemies, or picking things up eg: torch or shurikens, or run latch onto a wall (hold it, slowly draining chakra)

X is used to jump. At the top left, beside your health and chakra bar is your jump bar. hold X and it fills up, release and you can jump great heights in the air. If you hold L2, you can sprint and jump in a forwards direction, and when you land, while jumping forwards, you jump bar will already be full, allowing you to use jumping to travel.

L2 is sprint, allows you to move much faster. as well as jump forwards, and must be held to run across walls

L1 is ranged attacks. While holding this, you may hit a direction and X to roll or backflip or front roll to avoid attacks. ^ [ ] O, (triangle square and circle) allow you to use throwing techniques. You must equip the throwing weapon to that button though. Aiming is done like this, while holding that button a small arrow appears in front of you that shows the directions, you can rotate it and turn it left or right to aim, then release.

R2 is for attack tecnhiques. You equip any attack seals etc. to your buttons and then hold R2 and then hit the button you set it to. (triangle, square X or circle.) This could mean Chidori if your strong enough, or Rasengan, among other skills, such as combo's, or fire breathing etc.

R1 is support skills. works like R2 , but R1 is for skills like replication, healing, shields and other skills.

Game Play: you use your square and circle to bust out combo's etc. certain people dont need skills to kill enemies.
You charecter develpos overtime, and you can learn all sorts of skills or grow strong... also, most skills have small benefits from each other in small-large ways, which means different healing skills all benefit from each other, that way you dont learn tons of random better skills.
When you equip any item, it changes your appearance, whether its a sword or a shirt thats orange. You also design your char in the begining, with all sorts of hair styles etc. Also, after a certain amount of missions, you can enter an exam for chuunin jounin what ever. Chuunin exams are once a week on saturdays or sumthing, an Juunin is every 3 weeks. When you advance, you must have __ missions complete, and defeat a boss to advance. Also, you may choose paths such as good or evil. You have a bar that starts off in the middle as Neutral. Certain missions make it head towards evil or good, or keep neutral. Evil makes u pailer or darker dark lines on the eyes and many other features, good makes u slightly brighter, smile etc... and certain missions can only be done with the bar __ far into good, or ___ far into evil, and certain items are only for good or evil. Player verse Player is in all sort's of tournaments, or challenge a player. Also, when you challenge someone, you are both moved to the arena where other people can watch. you gain fame, and can become the best ninja ever. Game Master's are considered Hokages' but no one else. You can become a higher class then jounin, a _____ that we will have to input so there is a forth class. Last but not least, certain skills are only for evil, and certain are only for good.

The being a good/bad ninja outcast idea is truly awesome. You could end up evil like Zabuza or good like the Hokage! 8) If it ever comes to something like pc or an MORPG of some sort, i would faint, wake up and reserve a copy as fast as I could.

Walker- how about if we'd write to the company a letter or e-mail about if they could make that sort of game like we want if they could talk within themselves and think about our proposition??And we would have to think together as a kind of team and write the letter together.
