Episodes up to around 80 work fine. And then around there, they refuse to display visuals (audio works) and I get a message from quicktime: "Quicktime is missing software required to display this movie file. Unfortunately it is not available on the quicktime server."
I have a mac with the newest OS, i got the newest quicktime, i got the newest divx. And i have up to about the first 95 episodes of naruto in .avi format. Has anyone else had this problem or know whats happening?

Maybe you should use another player, PM " Coldfire ", since he knows a really good player compatible with OS. ( or try Windows Media Player )

or visit www.dbzhevan.com to download RM Eps. you shouldn't have problem with those.

Macos 10 right?
Well I'm pretty sure some of the episodes after 80 are encoded with xvid, and not divx. So that means you would need to install xvid. Of course, having macosx isn't the best option for that :? The only way you can get xvid is to compile it yourself or look around the net for some mac binaries (i dont know if there are any). And you probably could just get the RM episodes and use real player if you want :) Actually, my friend (firedrake6001) also had the same problem with playing episodes on macosx. I just converted them to DivX for him :) Except the episodes got to about twice their size, but it didn't really matter because I gave him cd-rws. So in conclusion, try using realplayer to watch the RM episodes. (I think therse a real player for mac)

ps. this should have been in the help forum; not the news forum

Thanks everyone. Unfortunately, I am not very good with computer stuff, so I dont think I will be looking for any binaries or anything like that :S. I will try real player though. And sorry if this topic should have been in the help area, I've never done this before. Thanks again.

Soredake? It's trivial. Get divx. The player shouldnt matter that much, unless its for real player, but thats less common anyway. If .avi isnt playing, probably you dont have divx. If none of the episodes at all are playing, its not the same problem im having.
And you can get divx...from divx.com

You should try the Real Player episodes, if you don't know too much about video formats, you should use the .rm ones :)

I know, that's why he should use it :)

Besides, RM episodes take you less time to download :D

Low quality tho, its a trade..
I only did it for Ah! My Goddess
(And it was the only choice)
That anime was nothing compared to its hype. -.-
