A lot of the anime series have been licensed lately.
If you are lucky you will still be able to find the episodes on suprnova.com ;)

I was gutted to find out that DN Angel was licensed after episode 13 was aired..it was a real pain to get hold of those episodes and I still haven't managed to find episode 13 yet *cry's a river*
