A really fun action pair I'd like to see is Bruce Willis and Will Smith. I've never seen them in a movie together and I think that'd be great.
OR Bruce Willis with Jackie Chan... that or Will Smith with Jackie Chan. Maybe put Jet Li in there, too. I've already seen Jackie Chan and Jet Li in a movie together, but I'd like to see either of them matched up with Willis or Smith.

Jebus!
How have I forgotten Jet Li?
Jet Li rocks! " The One " is one of my all time favorite movies, and nobody liked it, but it has something that makes me wanna watch it, it's just amazing.
And Mel Gibson rocks too! I liked his performance in " Braveheart " :P

well i think i must say Silvester Stallone, he might not be the best actor ever, and he might not be the brightest either, but he has something.
And who hasnt seen the Rambo series or the Rocky series?

I have seen them all, and i must say they are crap...rambo is dumb and rockey...is entertaining but not worth watching in my opinion.

Stallone for Rocky. The acting sucked, the props sucked, but it was about an underdog white guy against a champion. Doesn't get a lot more spirited than that. The idea and execution were perfect, not to mention the timely Americanism during the period.

Me has to say Willis, too. I love the Fifth Element ^^
Shame this topic restricts European and Australian action stars, too. It's the same industry, the Western World's <thinks>

Gah... Oceans Twelve is a disgrace...
I'm so sick of producers recreating classic movies then making SEQUELS to them.
IT'S A CLASSIC MOVIE, YOU BASTARDS.
Greedy, greedy bastards...
Bad enough with the Bourne Identity, gods.

Just clarified this with fufus, so I'll post what I found here for anyone else that was curious:
"Updated as a contemporary thriller/vehicle for Matt Damon, this second take on Robert Ludlum's classic spy thriller (previously a Richard Chamberlain-starring TV miniseries)..."
We're thinking fufus saw the tv miniseries, which didn't have anything from the movie sequels >_>
-.- I join anotther thread late.... Me loves Brucey Willis, Johnny Travolta and Nicky Cage ^.^
FACE OFF!!!
But actions aren't my favourite genre -.- which is why I like these three.... they don't limit themselves to action... and they can play any role superbly, as opposed to other actors who try it..... Arnie -.-

Nicholas Cage was awesome in Matchstick Men. Has anyone here seen it?
Uma Thurman is indeed a good actress, Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction are both awesome movies!
I have...he was awesome in it..and everything else he does..
I'd have to disagree with the Uma thurman...she sucks...esp in Kill Bill..that movie was horrible
me agrees with Bap... kill bill is overrated... her acting wasn't even very good.... it was only the choreographyof the fight scenes that made it any good...
haven't seen matchstick men...last Cage film I saw was family guy... which was so sweet ^.^ made me cry... as did city of angels (which Cage also did).
I wanna nominate John Goodman...but he didn't do any action any don't think -.- .... what about Tom Hanks...Saving Private Ryan was good...his acting was fine as well

maybe not a US actor.. but Sean connery is by far the best of all :)

Yeah, I don't know what people always complain about... I thought Tom Cruise did a fine job in Last Samurai. He researched the role well, and put a lot of effort into learning his part... including how to wield a sword

I enjoyed last samurai immensely...my favorite action actors though are Harrison Ford, Mel Gibson, and Russel Crowe (go aussies).
Bruce wilis (i dont know write his name hehehe).
Ugh...Mine's definitely not Wesley Snipes.... Just seen Blade Trinity....the movie is AWFUL!
Which is a shame....because the original had some good points to it...but this...just...ugh >.>
Speaking of Crowe....L.A. Confidential was on Sunday... which was pretty good, so yeh, Crowe is another one that gets my vote ^.^
And Bruce Willis was on in Armageddeon last night...that film makes me cry so much  in fact....I think it may be the first film that ever made me cry....
