When are the media servers going back online?

I haven't been able to download a single ep last week
any word on when those servers are going back online again? Or is it just that the older episodes haven't been uploaded yet :?:

same, in fact, i havent been able to download at all. EVER. Is there a certain program I need? ANd do i just click on the "Windows" for downloading?
