ok it says that his dad was alive "400 years ago around the time for the birth of christ"

but then it also shows him alive for the german invasion which would put the timeline way way WAY AHEAD of where ed and al are now.

i think the german invasion thing is just an imagination from the gate... remember, ed and al's dad left then when al was around 2...

This has basically been resolved in latest ep but when they said the thing about jesus death they never mentioned the actual time just said it was in a format that measured years from when jesus died. meaning he already knew about the other (our) world. I cant wait for the next few eps its gunna be great.
