Character Relationships

Ok, there are TONS of similarities and insinuations in the anime between characters, and i was hoping we could put togeteher a pretty all inclusive chart or something that could show whos related to who and how, oh yeah...and no manga spoiling!!!! just what we can gather from the anime up until now.

I guess we would start from the 3rd Hokage since they dont give too much info on the 1st and the 2nd or about anybody from their generation...

The 1st & 2nd were mentors to the 3rd.
The 3rd taught the Legendary 3.
Pervert Sennin taught the 4th while Orochimaru taught Anko.
The 4th taught Kakashi+friends.
Kakashi teaches Team 7.

only two questions....ok so i got more than that but well start with these...
first, who was the third of the legendary three? I know its this blonde girl in the picture but did we get any other info about her? aaaaaand second, does ero senin have anything to do with that beast-ninpo guy that naruto fought? I just ask because of the red marks on his face...

Yup, you do find out more about her, I can't tell you who she is cuz that would be heavy spoiling. Hmmmm I'm not sure if Pervert Sennin has anything to do with the Dog-Guy... it's possible... since he's PERVERT Sennin, and would probably sleep around... but then the Dog-Guy's whole family works with dogs... BUT THEN, Dog-Guy's dog thing could be from his mother's side of the family.

the kid with the gogles is asuma i think ( the guy who smokes the entire time )
and the third legendary senin is tsunade this is tentens idol!! ( she explains this when gai askes them what they want to achieve )
and the other one from kakashis team i think would be kibas mother since she has the same red marks on her face as kiba does,
i also think the examiner from the first chuunin exam was a student of ero senin
but its still a mistery who the other one was and those of orochimaru

I think you have it a bit mixed up -

The 4th trained - the three legendary ninjas Jiriaya, Orochimaru, and the girl that if I told you would be a spoiler.

The 4th was trained by the 1st and 2nd Hokage.

As far as who is one the team when Kakashi is being trained by the 4th, I think Lixie is right the one wearing the googles is Obito, Kakashi's best friend. Its for certain that who ever that girl is she is from the same family as Kiba. She has the face marks of that family.

The 4th is the Blonde dude who sealed Kyuubi in Naruto, that's why he was made the 4th, because he died for his village. He was taught by Pervert Sennin.

well bruce lee is the greatest martial artist EVER so ti only makes sense to have someone like him in a show aboutt martial arts

Id say the number of differnet martial arts forms teyve mastered....but anyhow gai and lee... just coincidental...i dont think the animators care enough about their characters to make them integral to the plot...at least thats the feeling i get when i watch the anime...

ok dont take offense to this please, but....just because a discussion goes a little off topic, doesnt mean it should be moved toa different area... thats just part of it being a conversation... actually, thats usualy what gives discussions life and feeling is when they venture off topic just a little to add humor or possibly relevant comparisons as they return back to the topic at hand. If a discussion is getting TOO off topic, then why not make an effort to redirect the conversation instead of moving or deleting it?

I'm actually surprised they didn't take Bruce Lee and made a char like Rock and Gai before.
Looking at the char moves..even their hair style and those thick brows (even tho they are a little too much over the top) they came pretty close to the real thing there ^_^

Who else could be compared to a real life char in Naruto?

I can't think of anybody else in there which reminds me of a real life marital artist.

Then again... Sasuke's style does reminds me a little of Jet Li.

Not anything what Jet Li is doing in his latest movies, but thinking back to Leathal weapon 4 where he has his cool 'I don't give a damm' attetute..where he is a total bad ass..that's what reminds me a little of the behavior Sasuke is showing now.

Even the face Sasuke is pulling most of the time now...Jet did that in LW4

It's just that that movie stuck in my head, since that was the first time I took notice of Jet.
I saw him and thought: wow..he kicks ass..you go laddy!! :lol:

Also in that movie Jet still had a totally differnt style then what he was showing in the other once.
It just shows that is is very versatile and flixible.

Yea Jet Li is pretty much the man.... I can't remember the figure on how many martial arts forms he's mastered...I just remember it being HUGE..... and he's still relatively young, so he's still got time to perfect them and come up with his own kick-ass style....

Since this series was made by the same ppl as FLCL...anybody see any character similarities there?

well if you think about it alot of the characters have the same laid back atitude as in FLCL. so in all seriouseness yeah I guess you could find a few similarities in the two animes.

hahahahah, I think I found a couple....the old man in FLCL (its been so long since ive seen it ive forgotten all the names :oops: ) would be Ebisu Sensei and the dad would be Jiraiya Sensei.... heheh, perverts galore :lol:
