my downloads used up and the link didnt work

Hey there this is more a complaint than help but i clcked a link to download episode 02 of naruto at Naruto chaos and it didnt work.i try again and it didnt work :x Now it says that i have used my two large downloads for today! that is sick and twisted :twisted:
