What does it mean by RAW episodes? what does the word RAW stand for?

Well, raw are the non-subtitled first recordings of an anime. it's when subbers haven't had the time to put titles on it. what the letters RAW exactly mean, don't ask if your thinking in the way of an abbreviation. I wouldn't know :)

RAW = Raw. Like... Raw Fish. No one has done anything with it. So it's basically an episode that is straight from Japan. No subs, nothing. It's great if you know Japanese.

Nothing has been done with the episodes themselves. Commercials are not part of the episode.
