Ep. 101 predictions

From the preview it looks like Ep. 101 will technically be filler. Seems they're gonna animate the special manga chapter where Team 7 invites Kakashi to eat ramen with them for them to see his face. I say technically filler since this manga chapter wasn't part of the storyline (don't think it even got a number), but it was in the manga.

What do people think about this?

well since i dont remeber the end thing infact not at all do i. knowing the manga if they dont branch off again....then it will not be filler

Maybe it's just a special... like the first half of teh show will be a special episode, tehn tehy get back to the real story....

i didnt see the preview of 101 yet so my predictions will be the ceremoney will prob take like 15 mins of the episode.. then the other 5-10 mins will prob be something that has to do with rocklee or sasuke/kakashi

I hate fillers!
I putt up with a bunch of usless homework throughout the week until thursday when naruto comes out. then i figure out the ep has no point and i get more pissed.
The preview basically screams "FILLER".

they'll figure out some way... whether it be a long stare between sasukeand naruto..or a huge search for something trivial or dbz style and make anruto power up for 20 minutes...

well i bet sasuke prob would, since he almost got the bells off kakashi in episode 2-8 somewhere around there.

and sasuke also got faster, so i bet he could be able to get a hand on kakashi's mask.

the bells are a bit harder to get, and sasuke touched it at the beginning, if he can touch that, then he can touch the mask right now.

They take Kakashi out to ramen, and to eat it he takes off his mask, sadly ino-pig comes and hugs sasuke blocking their view.. :) They shout at her, but after Ramen soup man (The old guy) and the girl who works there (She's not bad looking) Have hearts around them looking at Kakashi. :) It was awsome.

It is difficult to talk about predictions in this forums. There are always manga readers wanting to show what they know to others, in some way. "It is the special manga chapter", "It is a filler" , BLAH BLAH BLAH

I don't know why does that bother you that much?? :roll: It's kinda' true, but you know, it would be hard to make predictions since episode 100... because it's NOT going like the manga, for example in the episode 101..
In the preview we see team 7 like going away on a mission, and that has nothing to do with the manga speial of kakashi's face, except perhaps the title of the episode, but really I mean, WHO KNOWS!! They're branching off... at this point all we (manga reader & anime watchers) can do is predict...and wait :wink:

Filler isn't ALWAYS bad. Sometimes it's a nice break, and the description sounds like it could be potentially hilarious. Who knows, maybe they'll throw in some character development for Sakura or Sasuke or someone.

well a filler isnt that bad depending what subject it is.

the other filler at 97 was just hanging around at some place which wasnt needed..

and right now this filler is about removing kakashis mask (or something like that)

and since they are trying to see/remove/take kakashi's mask, i bet there would be some action such as doing some new jutsu's :D

its been awhile since we saw the last action.. (episode 96) :D

Sometimes fillers like 97, can help u understand teh characters a little better,,, like sitting down and knowing them a little better... i dunno... as long as they don't waste too much time doing it...
