Just stumbled upon this gem on cable, it was airing on the sci-fi channel. The dub is actually really good (but like that matters), and the series will BLOW YOUR DAMN MIND OPEN!! And every action scene will make you laugh till you die.

The art and animation intrigues me. Does it move smoothly and is the art annoying at times? Anyway I'll check it out.

I can't say "smoothly", because it isn't anything like typical animation. And I never found it annoying.
