Summary-from OM

This is a story about 2 childhood friends, Masato and Yuki, that reunite as teenagers.
Masato is surprised to find that Yuki has become so cute, but even more surprised to realize that Yuki was, and still is, a guy.
Yuki's affection for cross-dressing leaves Masato with feelings of discomfort and fright.

No, it's just about a guy who looks really feminine, and cross dresses. Well, technically it's about another guy (and quite frankly the main reason I dislike this manga is because the main character is just really a drag and unappealing) dealing with living with that.

Its quite funny and epic and u can't go blind cuz the guy looks like a girl a real girly girl,not a wuss guy but a sexy girl,u think u get the point already.

The main chars reactions are funny but overall he is not very appealing as a main char.

I really like this series... it's funny, and the premise of Yuki making such an appealing girl makes it all the more difficult for the main character (and every other character who cannot be convinced she=he), and there is a lot of perverted goodness (though undeserved by the main character) so guys that might be turned off by the trans idea (though it hasn't really been proven that Yuki is still a guy, aside from her saying so) would still probably enjoy this. I don't understand why the main character has such a harem though, and the hot girlfriend.... why she takes interest at all aside from being jealous of yuki.

Anyway. I recommend it. And I don't think anything's gonna happen between the main character and Yuki fyi either. I've even heard it defended by those who've read ahead that this is not a shounen ai for a reason (and if it were, I think it would be the most male-targeted and unique shounen ai ever, and fangirls would probably throw a fit--actually I'm sure htey're already doing that). I also don't see anything wrong with being trans... as long as the girl(or boy) is hot, meh.

it's subbed by dynasty. they typically sub yuri and some shounen, so the fact that they sub and continue to sub No Bra is probably a sign that there won't be anything too mXm in this one :p

you can download right from the site when it releases, I believe the next release is ch. 16 and they haven't even had it on the progress bar for a couple of weeks since the last one, so idk what's taking this one so long. that'll be your quickest bet for updates though.

they're slow because they also scanlate many other mangas (mostly yuri) and those get most of the attention. Unless someone starts their own group to focus solely or mainly on no bra, there won't be much competition. Also I don't think No Bra is anyone's priority, and a lot of people are afraid of where it might go :p

I think that is one of the main fears.

they're afraid because either:

1)Yuki is trans (has a penis), and something might happen between them

2)Yuki is a girl (no penis), and something might happen between them

though I have a feeling that he's going to go with the other chick and (spoiler)it's becoming clearer to him that the one yuki is in love with may not really be him, or there is some confusion there (and I don't see how anyone could love him anyway)
