I predict more bullsh*t from Sasuke, this is completely over the top beyond all belief. This chapter made me loose faith in jutsus and bijuus making any sense in corrolation to one another.

The book is obviously "that" book. Also, I believe it has the last bit of the code in it to beat Pein.

I think focus will probably shift over to Naruto, or Pein for a bit, then Raikage would get information, goes to Sasuke, where backup in the form of Madara or Kisame will arrive to bail them out.

wow just when i thought kishi was going to make sasuke a little less god like, amaretsu goes and destroys killerbee immediately. its come to the point where i may actually lower my score from naruto. hopefully the arc about naruto is way better, it usually is.

you know its funny sasuke is kishi's fav character but always writes crappy for him and the struggle naruto goes through is always so much better written. i just hate the heavy eye circles around naruto's eyes when in sage mode. jmans look was so much cooler. hopefully that will change for naruto.

i agree about frs becuase they were talking about how sage arts heal the person instead of the usual.

Still, if he could balance the chakra (even with help), but still end up with those facial features, it's possible that it's inevitable to have no side effect.

Page 1-2 Naruto reading the book.
Page 3-15 Raikage teleports and faces Sasugay and Hawk, another 7 chapter fight starts, ending with Sasugay pulling another nuke jutsu out of his a** to win. Kishi gives us 2 pages of Jiraiya's book every chapter, it turns out the books actually about the fundamentals of mathematics. Naruto needs to learn them to divide his chakra properly.

not necessarily. remember what the toad said at the beginning, naruto would have to learn how to control his chakra and balance/blend it perfectly in order to use sage arts. that is why jman looked like a toad bc he couldnt do it perfectly and to me naruto is able to blend it better than jman and will obviously be able to do it better than he will. so to me that is chakra control and that is what naruto always lacked as explained by kakashi. the only reason why naruto was able to do so much was because his chakra pool was so ridiculously large.

Besides the whole point of the chapter was to show Sasuke gain control of Amaterasu not to show he could put it out. It was supposed to be he managed to use one but it was no longer under his control but somehow managed to bring it under his control so he gets a new technique without any explanation. Not that he put out amaterasu in a different way than Itachi. >.>

And besides I'm sure Itachi had Amaterasu under his control. It was merely inextinguishable for his opponents.

Chakra is only "hard" if it's molded to be, I don't think 4tk or nibi bold their chakra so that it's "hard", it's just a release of chakra.

agreed. fs is just the mixture of the two, remember he was forbidden from using the jutsu bc of the harm it caused and bc it was incomplete.

Madara had Zetsu take Itachi's body, no doubt to preserve the eyes for Sasuke later, he even offered them to him later on, so they're probably in good hands at the moment.

Madara had Zetsu take Itachi's body, no doubt to preserve the eyes for Sasuke later, he even offered them to him later on, so they're probably in good hands at the moment.

If it was, and I'm not saying that it is, it'd be more similar to Madara's time/space jutsu rather than Kakashi's, since we didn't really see any rippling around Karin, or that he can control the size of the warping.

That being said, I still think it's just another property Kishi has given Sasuke's MS, not really another jutsu.

lets see.... it was a good chapter in the sense that we learned that naruto alreay has plans to use sage skills for something. As much as everyone is complaining about how the fight ended, it wasnt as if sasuke could have won ha he not been brought from the brink o death...twice! and, we may have gotten a glimpse of naruto being able to counter genjutsu with kyuubi later on. I think its gonna take one more close fight or a loss for sasuke to finally take itachi's eyes. I would LOVE to see a fight between raikage and kisame and/or madara. Lets turn the conversation in the direction of Naruto's "that jutsu" we have: FRS, Demon fox's cloak, or new technique. Take your guesses!!

Naruto is going to Read the book, then learn about his father. He's going to try to use his "that" jutsu he failed in completing in training with his 2 and a half years with Jiraiya using nature chakra. He'll fail using it with sage arts, then the key-toad will show up, and thus begins Naruto's training on his new Kyuubi ying-yang jutsu. I mean honestly, Naruto didn't have much to show for 2 and a half years of training, this sounds very likely and believable in my opinion.

wow just when i thought kishi was going to make sasuke a little less god like, amaretsu goes and destroys killerbee immediately. its come to the point where i may actually lower my score from naruto. hopefully the arc about naruto is way better, it usually is.

Well the chapter wasn't that bad. I saw the Sasuke part coming, the emotional Amaterasu which burns even a giant beast. That wasn't unexpected. But we should stop complaining about Sasuke. I mean, he's the rival right ? He has to be strong, really strong, otherwise it wouldn't make sense.
If Kishi can't think of ways to make him stronger other than lame power-ups, well he should think harder. We better get used to it, Sasuke will always be stronger and stronger, because Naruto will get stronger, and Sasuke has to be a match for Naruto. But he's not a god, I mean, Naruto will defeat him someday. That's why Sasuke gaining powers and getting stronger is a good thing to me. Anyways...
I really liked the Naruto part. But something bothers me. The book is the only connection with his parents and Jiraya. But how is he supposed to find out that Jiraya is his godfather ? The identity of his father ? The question is: Did Jiraya tell Fukasaku about it ? If he didn't, well the only person left to tell him would be Tsunade. Anyway I think the purpose of giving him the book is:
-Either to learn about all the shinobis Jiraya met (Pein)
-Or to learn about his family
I'd go for the first option if Fukasaku knew that the six Peins were all Shinobis Jman met before, but he doesn't (not sure). So I'm going for the second option.
Although I can't guarantee which book this is, and what kind of stories it tells.

I'm pretty sure that was NOT a complete jutsu. Even Yamato said that the jutsu is only 50% there. I doubt FRS is at 50% with such destructive power. FR is the final product Naruto is going for. Denser wind chakra concentration = more fire power. Right now the wind chakra is still fluctuating and is not in a perfect sphere, which is what I think the point of the jutsu is.

And with nature energy, Naruto will not get hurt from the jutsu anymore, I already pointed that out

okay, I can accept the fact that the disparity between the villain (sasuke) and the hero (naruto) has to be maintained, even in the way they gain power, but that doesn't mean that we can't complain about how it messes up nice storylines. The 8-tails beating down Sasuke was going good and with just 1 flick of his eye, he turns the entire situation around, with the 8-tails just standing there like a moron at the special olympics who hasn't heard the gunshot...

Hermit mode is nickname for using sage chakra so when J-Man was in hermit mode that means he was using sage chakra ... tehrefore he turned into halffrog or how you could call it ... Naruto is turning into a frog too that being those eyelinks and wrats on his face and amrs and legs ... that's him turning into a frog just not that much as J-Man ... uh.. dude he put out amaterasu, and not many people have a jinchuuriki so a shringan genjutsu of itachi's level cant be broken that easily,(i say itachi's level because sasuke broke his tsukuyomi, without his MS). the 8 tails was burning alive?. and all that was burnt was the bijuus chakra thats why he couldnt do anything.

In a way, it does, look when Naruto was training Rasengan, over use caused his palms to sizzle. And also, although it may not be too related, Kyuubi's chakra also "burned" Naruto when he went 4tk, as well as "burning" and poisoning anyone else that touches him.

Actually if he comes back to the village, he might not actually be arrested if either Tsunade, Kakashi, or Naruto is hokage. The only punishment I see him having if he comes back will be having ANBU watch him.

That book is prob the first story Jiraiya wrote, the one with the ''Naruto'' character in it.

True, but the fact is that he left his village for his own personal gains. Sure he killed Oro and Itachi, but how could anyone in the village still trust him?

actually killing itachi could be seen as bad considering that he was a double agent for konoha. so in reality he really did kill a konoha ninja, which would explain when they entered konoha that they did not kill anyone.

But no one other than Sandaime and the Elders knew about that, so to the villagers Itachi is still the one that committed the massare.

well sasuke pretty much helped speed up itachi's death (by fighting him) but no Sasuke did not blow the finish move to kill itachi

Depends on your definition of kill then, whether it's if he dealt the final blow, or caused him to die, it depends on how you define it.

His secret is already known, that the real one isn't with them. Without actually facing Pein, that'll always be just a phrase, he will learn nothing more, nothing less from it.

Unless it also showed how his did his training, which could possibly be included. That's the only way where I think Naruto can learn something pratical in the book. Other than that, I think it'll be of just him reading about Jiraiya.
