I think Kabuto will fight Kakashi. There has been much tension brewing between Kakashi and Kabuto and it would only be fitting for them to slug it out. :D

They have met on 2 occasions with several exchanges.

1. They met in the hospital.
2. When the Invasion of Konoha began and Kabuto insulted Kakashi's abilities using the Sharingan.
