i hope sasuke actually got hit and not like a bunshin or a genjutsu because that would be crap. it would actually show that he isn't invincible and im tired of seeing sasuke just own everyone without really trying.

Actually, I've seen it in other's scanlations as well, there were others like Guugo as well, but those aren't very accurate.

And I'll go out on a limb and say that Sasuke getting hit like this is some part of his MS jutsu. Even if it's not a MS genjutsu, I'd still say it's an MS jutsu of some kind.

On Topic : I wonder what kind of fighting style the 8 tails uses, it looks to me like it's some sort of variation of Jeet Kune Do, because he has no apparent "form" He just jumps around and is very random. I honestly see no way Sasuke winning this except another gay handicap. The 8 tails is obviously better in Taijutsu and Kenjutsu and we haven't seen him use Ninjutsu yet (hoping he has some moves, but from now it looks like he is a "Gai" type of fighter)

His head is down, we dont' really see what his eyes are like, although it'd be awkward for Kishi to explain to the readers how Sasuke found out about his MS powers when he's been travelling/talking to Madara all this time...

Yeah but that was actual Kenjutsu, not Choji's Tank attack thing. It was just to emphasize how fast his movements are. I'm still surprised Sasuke could fend them off with one sword, guess that sharingan comes in handy sometimes.

When I mentioned Jeet Kune Do I meant how his fighting style is similar, not his Kenjutsu.

Why not? In close quarters combat you can know EXACTLY what your opponent will do and still get hit. You can have your oppent perform a coreographed attack, and if he's so fast and powerful you can still get owned even if you know everything that will happen.

With the Sharingan? When you can predict movement? And in a character like Sasuke? I don't think so.

Why is it so hard to believe a Sharingan user can get hit by physical attacks? >.> Sharingan's predictions aren't immunity to taijutsu and close combat, it just makes it easier to evade, doesn't mean you will though.

Seems he also activated it right before the hit to his face s I doubt Sharingan predicted it anyways.

It's obvious the 8 tails is just faster than what Sasuke's body can handle. The Saringan, by itself, has unlimited potential, it's the user's body that draws the limits. So Kyuubi with Sharingan would be like a million H bombs.

Like I've said before, Sharingan in itself is limitless, it's the user's body that draws the limits SO based on that, OBVIOUSLY the 8 tails is MUCH faster than Itachi, PLUS, this guy is using Taijutsu and Kenjutsu skills while in the fight with Itachi PROJECTILE skills were used

For now, yeah, I'll give the edge to 8 tails, but the reason that I'm saying that it's "for now" is because I believe this is Sasuke's MS jutsu, a lure if you will. I believe he's faking this, and if Sasuke were to fight for real, he wouldn't have gotten caught like this.

Man I tell ya, the 8TJ is quickly moving up the scale on the list of "Best Characters." Stopping to jot down a ryhme after taking that kick from Sasuke was pure genius by Kishi. It's safe to assume that he does not, as we've seen white snakes escape from him after Itachi sealed Oro in eternal genjutsu, which means that he's lost both Oro and his white snake's powers as well.

I don't know why Kishi even bothers with this kind of hook when it comes to Sasuke. Especially when it's this over the top. That's like, what, 5 swords stabbing him. The 8-tails just revealed he can conduct his chakra, I think the next chapter will reveal that Sasuke is using some new technique attributed to MS.

I just don't like Sasuke's personality. He was showing signs of becoming human right up until after the Chuunin Exams, but let pride over-rule him, and thus began the slippery slope. He began basing his decisions on his emotions, and even though it blows up in his face and he sees that he was wrong, he doesn't learn from it. He just lets the new emotion push him into making another bad choice. And truth be told, he's the main cause of the majority of his pain, and instead of recognizing that he then goes on to blame it on others.

Karin-Juugo and Suigetsu watching the scene doesn't change the fact that it can still be a genjutsu. After all Sasuke might have put a genjutsu on the 8th tail the moment they have met and everything up until now might have been a genjutsu from the point of 8th tails view. We have seen how ridiclilous Kishi's genjutsus can be with Itachi vs Sasuke. Don't underestimate the Genjutsu of an Uchiha lol.

No, if Sasuke and co. lose the fight they will retreat and they wont join eight tails because they have no reason at all to join him. A Bushin is possible, but genjutsu isn't, unless Sasuke has learned how to put everyone, including his teammates, into genjutsu.

The fact is, in Sasuke vs Itachi, a 3rd part(i.e Zetsu) could see outside of the genjutsu that nothing was happening. In this fight though, Sasuke's teammates, which are spectators, are seeing and commenting on the same fight we're seeing as well, therefore if it's a genjutsu, they're in it as well, which I'd doubt Sasuke would do.

Just the Kyuubi's as far as we know, and it's not poison in the sense that it kills you or paralyzes you, it's more like a burning/searing effect.

The 9-Tails is the strongest of the tailed demons (which is why Akat has to seal it last). I don't think the number of tails has anythign to do with power, but maybe the Kyuubi's chakra is espesially vicious and hard to tame. I wonder if the Kyuubi is really that much stronger then the other bijuu that Naruto can't control it. Maybe he just has get stronger in order to master it. . . Mandara was able to tame it due to the Sharingan and the First could because of his special ability.

As for this chapter, guess i was wrong about Sasuke winning with ease now, i bet it now gonna be a fight were sasuke is losing badly and then uses one move to end it and then everyone will be like wow that was amazing.

These one hit kills moves are really starting to piss me off, it like playing a fighting game, and the other person is just running around till he can do his special and finish you in one move. These rasengans, chidoris, chidori blades, wind spinny thing, ultimate eye techniques have cheapened fights and made them become generic. Bring on Rock lee, Gaara, Neji, Kiba, Shino even Shikamaru so i can see something different.

I'm gonna have to go with the idea that Naruto has a harder time controling the Kyuubi simply because he's younger, with the exception of Gaara, than all the rest. The 2TJ looked, or at least I had the impression, that she was either late teen or early 20 something. Gaara's been familiar with the 1 Tail and learning how to use it since he was a munchkin. Naruto didn't know anything about his until he was 12, and did not start training on how to use the Kyuubi until he was with Jiraiya. He just hasn't had enough time to get aquainted is my guess.

He can't go 1 tail whenever he wants to. We've only seen it come out on it's own when he gets angry. The other people INTENTIONALLY went in their tailed forms.

Gaara's seal was the "weakest" of the bunch in actually seperating the bijuu and the host, and the seal was made for the purpose of releasing Shukaku to storm enemy villages.

Naruto's seal is nothing like that, so we can't compare him to Gaara. As of the other jinchuuriki, they all look at least 10 years older than him. That would seem to be a big part of it.

I don't think thats a signal of the weakness of the seal. Apparently the characteristics of Shukaku made some of those things possible. As said by Gamabunta during the battle with Naruto. Shukaku forces himself out of the host where as Kyuubi seems content to wait until Naruto dies or whatever happens.

Yeah, Naruto has only had like 3 years "with" his bijuu. Those others, even Gaara, have had a lot more time to familiarize themselves with the demon within, so to speak. Even if that turns out not to be the only reason (the way the Kyuubi was sealed or whatever), his short time knowing it was there in him has to factor into the equation to some degree.

EDIT: And I imagine there are a few different ways to seal a Bijuu in someone. The 4th's was a technique he himself worked out. You gotta figure every village would have a different way of doing it, or if not every village, then at least you'd expect a little variation in the technique from village to village. That means it's possible that other sealings allow the Jinchuriki different ways to access their demon within, thus allowing for different ways in using them.

also remember when the "cage" was going dark if im not mistaken was in the fight between the 3 ex-sannins now when naruto first used rasengan on kabuto

Concerning the Bijuu. As far as we know, only the Kyuubi got sealed inside Naruto using the Death God Jutsu... all the other Jinchiruki had the Bijuu sealed in them some other way MAYBE allowing for quicker control over the Bijuu and their power. As we know, the Kyuubi's charka is slowly mixing with Naruto's, becoming one and this may not be the case with the other hosts. They probably tap into the chakra reserve of the Bijuu instead of having it mix with their own.

yes but what Blind is saying is that Naruto had some measure of control. He even used Rasengaan. Naruto had the presence of mind to use his own jutsu. He also understood speech and reacted to Sasuke's words

I think Karin has already done her part, that was to find the 8 tail, she did that, and she's left to just scout his abilities (like how she said his blades are in fused with chakra as well).

I mean the guy knows of Akatsuki, wasn't daunted by the sharingan, and saw through (and used/controlled) chidori with barely any time to see what it was. Its almost as if he was previously told about sharingan, chidori, and akatsuki by someone (and kakashi is the only shinobi we know that can comment on all three).

i doubt it. the nibi knew about Akatsuki when they came after her. The other countries have intelligence as well, so I think that they know of their own accord

Well I think Sasuke will lose here but if he lose this soon then it will be very lame in my opinion(main character losing in one chapter without showing his true powers). I hope Sasuke will do the same thing like Itachi with the crows but he do it with hawks(but It will never happen :P ) I mean...Madara said he wants to know if Sasuke becomes a hawk and now Sasuke renamed Hebi to Hawk. It would ge good if he could use hawk but It wont happen(since he already can use snakes):P

why would you hate him for it? Sure he has other friends but those guys are different. He loves Sasuke as his brother. Sasuke was the first of friends to acknowledge Naruto as an equal.
