I don't know why, but when you say Reboot, I think Beast Wars, both were Canadian though. :D

Same studio, they made Beast Wars, Reboot, and Shadow Raiders, but when Disney bought abc they got blocked out of the US market for several years and went out of business. Apparently (according to wiki) the company got revived in 2007 and is working on a reboot trilogy of movies.

It was released in English in the 90s >.<, fansubs were a lot harder to get back then.

Edit: The manga is so ultra-violent, typical of the 80s lol.
