is there a problem with the sigs

i cant seem to be able to load a sig to the net

Basic help on them:
1. find image hosting. i don't know any good ones so you'll have to find one.. i think one is like photobucket.com or uploadit.org
2. once you upload the pic you will get a url to the image
3. add this code to your sig to show the image:

[img]http://url here[/img]

it doesn't really matter now...but i'm still wondering why some files can't be uploaded to chaos...it says "Could not move temporary copy of signature image to hosting folder."
