It follows the life of a homeless boy living with his "grandpa". The story starts to kick off when they encounter a man trying to commit suicide mumbling something along the lines of "before it is too late". Of course from then on the action begins and the dark plot begins to unfold with each volume.

This is a manga that pretty much documents the birth of two heroes. It's pretty dark and twisted, and both characters are easily liked....or hated. This is going to the top as probably my favorite manga...Jin roxorz my boxorz!

I've been reading it for some time. This is seriously an awesome manga.

My friend reccomended it ages ago but I only started reading today. Only got to chapter 10, but I can tell it'll be good.

EDIT: And I caught up. Chapter 30 and on, with the whole Kouga ordeal bored me to death. The fact that I hate him and his sister does not help. Then after that ended things got awesome again. And then as things were getting incredibly awesome I find out there are no more chapters out. DAMN!

Yeah, you were spot on with the love/hate thing there Nova. Some characters I'm okay with (I can't say I like Jin because his personality is still a bit limited, but I'm getting there), but like I already said I LOATHE Kouga.

Nrew chapter is out. I never realized how slowly it moves until I have to read it one chapter at a time. Maybe I should just wait for 5 chapters to be released and read at once to not feel like nothing happened.

So damn annoying, i have caught up and the last release is at such a piss place. So much damn tension. To heck with this manga, now i know why i didn't read it the first time i noticed it, just gonna gimme a heart-attack.

Kouga has gotten slightly more tolerable though.

It's an extremely slow manga written by an incredibly heartless mangaka in a quick timeframe that combined with a slow release makes reading it similar to nails on a chalkboard as things never really get better, especially lately... killing the sweeper combined with this rape has me tense waiting for the events to resolve... I agree with Don it's beyond painful to read but it's definitely a very enjoyable pain IMO

meh...I actually like this manga a lot. It's probably one of the best ones out at the moment. The release just happens to suck is all.
