both work...probably has something to do with your internet

Tried it in 3 different houses and they all don't work... Maybe it's just Korea...

ive got a similar problem with the forums on narutofan and i cant get them to work anywhere. My guess is someone hacked in with a dynamic ip and the best option (in their opinion) was just to block the whole ip range.
