New to the forums and a question

Hey, I'm new to the forums, I've been watching the Naruto anime and I'm all caught up in the episodes so I was thinking of starting to read the manga but I can't figure out what manga chapter is closest to the newest Naruto Episode, if someone could help me out that'd be great.

And I suggest reading it from the beginning, the manga is better. Or you can start from Kakashi Gaiden, which is around chapter 240 something.

If your talking about the Naruto shown on cartoon network then its currently a filler not part of the manga but if your refering to the current Naruto Shippuuden episodes then the chapter is 309. Heres a link to the chapter.
