One of the enemies of this arc has been revealed though I'm not sure who it is possibly one of the many people Luffy has beaten in the past but given the armor I think it could be Don Krieg.

I was also thinking Don Krieg. But, because this is the "merman island" or whatever, i was thinking more along the lines of --Arlong--?(is that his name? been so long).

Whoever it is, im guessing a short pre-merman island arc coming up as whoever this is tries to get revenge on Luffy. Oda loves making us wait for things...

Possible though I wonder how that massive nose could fit inside that mask even after it was damaged by Luffy but even if it was Arlong I doubt he would end up as the primary villain for this arc given how much stronger Luffy has become since they last fought. And given that Hachi was beaten up I tend to think that it was someone else. Though if he went back into Jimbei's service then it would be a good way to introduce another shichibukai.

I hope its a yonkai... but what if its not someone that luffy messed up... its really someone who, I don't know, Zoro or sanji messed up.

well, i dont think that Duval will be a difficult enemy, when you go back to what caimie said about hacchi, that he is very strong and that he only got caught because of the help from the flying fish raiders,
it would astonish me if this were a hard fight for the mugiwara, because zorro easily defeated that octopus, so, those guys cant be too strong, and definitly no Shichibukai

zoro didn't easily defeat the "octopus". From what I remember, he was dragged undersea where mermen's strength and speed are greatly increases. This probably won't be as easy as you expect.
