THREAD RATED MATURE
note: when my genin character is finished it will be submerged into the thread full force, training, gaining xp, learn jutsu's and interact
Before the beginning their was nothing but an eternal plane of ying and yang energies intermingling. Water and Fire, black and white, stillness and movement, spirit and matter moved among each other in and endless slurry of both void and everything: resulting in time with the creation of a single arbitrary intelligence... an existence capable of both creation and destruction, that rejected the notions of good and evil for the promise of one thing, the manifestation of both life and death
Lord Jashin, God of Duality, being of chaos and bringer of harmony and order, the divinity of reality where opposites converge in a supreme manifestation of the all... that is what we call him, for he is the one that both thought and created himself, and then initiated the beginning.
The Jashin Cult
In order to initiate the beginning, and thus generate the energies to empower all that would exist thereafter, began creating and destroying things in an endless cycle to generate chakra, the sacred movement in continuum, which gave impulse to existence and thus the possibility of existence.
Now, the beginning put into motion, Lord Jashin manifested the chakra into three glorious children: Xocotl, Tlaloc, and Itzpaplotl... who, existing on the whole new generated plane of the beginning they soon created the Mictlan or the underworld: the grounds of potent change where, through creation and destruction, the new beginning began to take shape: it was a land of testing and sacrifice... pain and torment of endless raw forces in battles of existence.
However, This land of eternal struggle troubled Itzpaplotl for there were pure spirits to whom were not made for this eternity... who were still too innocent and beautifully ignorant to appreciate the hidden joy of Mictlan
So she decided to go before her brothers with her plea, Tlaloc spoke nothing but Xocotl allowed her leave to try to make her plane, but not allowing her to take the energies of the vibrant underworld for the creation. She set out, undeterred... yet her brother Xocotl changed her mind soon after and ordered 400 of her warrior spirits to defeat her before she left.
She destroyed them all
But after victory she was surprised by Tlaloc, who pushed her into a murderous pit which Xocotl had had the spirits herd her towards... She died instantly
However lord Jashin, being the omniscient, omnipotent omnipresence noted her good intentions and brought her back to life: promising to never again let one of his favored die. He also permitted her to take the destroyed bodies of the 400 spirits to create her new spirit plane while chiding Xocotl for his actions against his sister.
Thus Tamoanchan, Itzpapalotl's heaven, was made: a place of misty sky where the innocent could frolic in eternal joy for all time.
The Creation of the two worlds left the question of how to decide which spirits should go where though, a problem which Lord Jashin quickly answered
There would be a mortal realm, where souls would go first to test their character for where they would best be suited for... note neither afterlife realm is considered good or evil: only meant for different types of people... the innocent children, mothers, priests go to nurture and frolic in the over-world whereas the underworld was for the well-traveled philosophers and warriors... with each afterlife having multiple levels of ascension that could be reached depending on how one proved themselves in the physical world.
Andif one fit both afterlife criteria perfectly they would be given a place of duality within the before beginning along-side Lord Jashin for all eternity... sainted to say the least.
Tlaloc, being the lesser, weaker and younger brother was chosen to be the creator and ruler of the mortal realm and thus, fierce and bitter, left Mictlan with Jashin's Degree... the prospects of the mortal realm did not please him however he understood and abided by his fathers knowing wishes
Xocotl visited his beloved brother soon afterwards, giving him fire from the underworld as a present to help create and nurture the mortal realm... Itzpaplotl however, did not bring her brother any gifts.
Given an ample supply of materials Tlaloc created the mortal realm quickly, then quickly earned his reputation as the most fierce of the siblings by crushing the spirits that followed him into salt: then mixing the with water and chakra to create blood to fuel the mortal life of the realm.
Through sacrifice and bloodletting of the mortal people to Tlaloc he is able to sustain the mortal realm and keep the circle of life going
This is not the main reason behind our sublime carnage though... while some blood must be spilt and life destroyed to fuel the creation of new life we do most of our sacrifice for the reasons that Lord Jashin gave to create the world...
Judgement
All beings, even heathens, are subjects to lord Jashins kindness, peoples character is found out early in life: so by early sacrifice their glorious ascension and eternity in the afterlife is that much closer.
Soon after the World was made Jashin, having evolved and grown from a single conscious at the beginning into an existence of multiple intelligences created a group of children called the Utukku to become Shinigami, each one modeled as an avatar as one of his entities... including one to rule over them who took on the entity of Jashin himself... the easily recognizable features of the Shinigami do not pass down through generation to generation but instead randomly appear every so often when children Jashin thinks worthy of a certain avatar's name are born.
The three siblings immediately offered their power to the Utuuku as well
Being an Utukku avatar grants one access to the secret immortality ritual and cult Jutsu when they reach adulthood (16+), note that their are many Jashins but only a few Immortal Shinigami
Shinigami are blessed saints with Jashin's personal favor who surrender the thought of ever going to the glorious afterlife in exchange for being locked into the mortal realm in a quest to spend eternity sacrificing others to help hurry them to ascend to the afterlife... truly the most noble of people should they ever die they are guaranteed a place by Jashin's side: for after-all they spend eternity as his hands, spreading his will.
