Combat Description: Tongai specializes in close quarters taijutsu and kenjutsu. He has incredible speed, stamina, and strength. He has several offensive and defensive earth based jutsu, including his Earth Golem Jutsu (believed to be the only training partner that can match his physical strength). His only real drawback is his lack of analytical skills to make him an efficient leader.

Personal Description: Tongai is a known drinker and womanizer. He has been known to have a few drinks with some under aged shinobi. Ever since his son, was never conceived, and since the assassination of Echi's parents, Tongai has tried to be a father figure to him.

History: Born in Kumogakure, Tongai was given up at birth and raised in an orphenage until the age of 8, when he was drafted into the raikage's specialized combat-training program. It was quickly seen that he excelled in close quarters combat, more specifically kenjutsu using an over-sized axe blade attached to a pole-arm. He was placed into a team at the age of 12, and given the rank of Chuunin. He became a jounin at the age of 15, and became the combat instructor for advanced students at the academy.

Original Description: Tall, attractive male, with his forehead protecter hanging over one eye. His black hair covers his forehead and most of the forehead protecter, but anyone can see the bright yellow eye through the strands of hair hanging over it. He wears a a long black jacket, that goes down till his knees and wears black pants underneath that. Under his cape he wears a white shirt. On several places, he wears bodyarmour that he has customised. The body armour over his shoulders, upperarms and chest are outside his clothes, and the rest are under his clothes. His clothing bears a striking resemblance to Sephiroths clothes, except his armour is white with a very light blue haze.
New Description: Having changed his look, azure has now moved away fro mhis black and blue coat. Now, he wears a simple white robe, with a slight hint of blue at the bottom fringe. The forehead protector no longer covers his eye so you can now see both eyes clearly. He still has his body armour, but it is hidden underneath his robe. He also wears a straw hat, making him look alot like your typical ronin. his hair has grown a bit, and hangs till about halfway at his upper arms. All in all, he looks much more mature, thanx to long days of training. He also hides two tanto in his sleeves, making for both easy acces and a sudden suprise attack.

Bloodline Limit: Thundergods Blood
The Thundergods Blood is a condition which is not really classified as a bloodline limit. It is merely a condition that affects the character and has been passed down from families. Currently, azure is the only known survivor with this condition. The Thundergods Blood allows the user to convert amounts of his/her blood into a highly dense form of lightning chakra. Overuse of this condition spells out an obvious death from blood loss. There are different stages, which are separated by the amount of blood converted.
Level 1: During Level 1 of the Thundergods Blood, the user converts a small amount of his/her blood to chakra. This causes a slight increase in speed and strength. But the main effect is a great increase in usable chakra for the user. Any jutsu's will be powered up if used in conjunction with the Thundergods Blood, due to the new, more powerful chakra. It is not advised for the user to activate this more then once a battle, though i it is extremely necessary, the user can pull it off twice per battle, though the user must seek immediate medical attention and gain lots of rest after doing this.


History: Azure is a boy who was originally from the Hidden Cloud, but moved to konoha at the young age of 5. He is the son of a man called Arion, who is the brother of the Raikage. According to old legends, their ancestors were the descendants of the Thunder Gods themselves, which would explain Azure's surprising affinity towards the lightning element. When moving to Konoha with his family, Azure's family died, in what seems to be a freak accident. This caused azure to close up emotionally. However, after meeting various friends in his shinobi career, azure has opened himself again to other people, though, his family is still a soft spot to him. While training, azure met a man called Massoto Raen. Raen used to know azure's father and agreed to train azure. Azure knows very little of Raen, but the two have become very attached during their time together. Sometimes, azure even sees Raen as a fatherly figure. Azure also boasts the Thundergods Blood. Raen taught azure how to control this mighty power and this, along with azure's unwavering spirit and determination, has formed a truly dangerous shinobi!

Personal Description: A somewhat cold girl, she is quiet and remains isolated from her peers. She spends most of her time studying scrolls and trying to master any genjutsu she can find.

History: Born in Kumogakure and raised as a kunoichi. She was the third of seven children, her two elder brothers were both killed in the line of duty for Kumogakure.

History: Not much is known of the girl who calls herself Chalice, and she is definitely an interesting study. Although she is now certainly becoming well known as the girl who saved Tenks, the last of the Ten'un clan from the infamous bandit Iwao Ohira.She has stated her parents were traveling philosophers with whom she spent the first fifteen years of her life, disturbed by what the world was seeking out enlightenment from all the reaches of the land. She says they were avid followers of Kiun, and travelled on many journeys with him. She herself supposedly started training Aura's at the age of five. However she is the only one of Kiuns followers who has been willing to associate with the bloodline since the Kiun monument was built on Heaven's Hill: They now call her an "undesirable person."

Chalice's true story begins four years after the slaughter of the Ten'un Clan and Kiun's death though: at the age of fifteen after her parents were killed, like all of Kiuns followers who tried to blast their way to Tenks upon hearing of the massacre. She came to the bandit camp a week after, and she is the only one who truly gave everything of herself to save him.

Chalice arrived at the camp to become one of the Bandit leader Iwao Ohira's sex toys, and when she got in she quickly sought him out and started to spend time with him. Tenks was only four, but immediatly took to her, her funny yet classy antics showed him a different side to the world, a side free of the disgusting nature of the bandit camp. Iwao noticed all the time she spent with Tenks but didn't raise a fuss as he and his bandits were enjoying getting out their carnal fantasies on such a gorgeous willing young girl. They definitally didn't want to spoil that.

Chalice had decided it was finally safe enough to try an escape attempt after ten years in that hell, the bandits having gotten lazy and weak were no match for the genjutsu aura's she had trained... she wore them out with a song. The only one who hadn't gotten weak was Iwao Ohira, who was training in the auras he had stole from Heaven's Hill, but Chalice had seen to it Iwao was wore out from a particularly rough night of love making. They then escaped to Kahona where she and Tenks now reside.

The Jury is still out on Chalice: while most consider the saving of the last of the Ten'un clan a good thing, the overall consences is her method was disgusting and view her as little more then a fame seeking whore. A few though think her a true hero, in awe of the incredible devotion she has to save that which is precious to her. And of course the fact that her old comrades want her dead questions her motives... perhaps only time will tell.

Jutsus: Chalice is one of the rare people who don't possess the Ten'un bloodline but can train in Auras since she studied under Kiun, She trained most of her life in genjutsu auras for getting Tenks out but has supplemented in the earth element to help start Tenks on his path of rebuilding his clan.

History: Hitame has had a very normal life. He still lives with his parents, who are still together. His mother and father both work very hard to sustain Hitame and his younger brother and sister. Having joined the academy at the age of 15, him, Anryoku and Awashi passed two years later. The three have always worked together exceptionally well in the academy.

Personality: Hitame is extremely laid back and rarely gets very angry. He is very playful and as a sense of humour that usually gets him into a lot of trouble. He has the looks to get out of whatever trouble he gets into though and he has learnt to use it. Though he may appear like a brute, he has a very soft nature and rarely hurts anyone, unless it is out of self defense. Known to be a big mouth and always finds something funny to say. Few have ever seen him truly mad.

Fighting Style: Hitame is adept in both ninjutsu and taijutsu, but he prefers to study and practice taijutsu and kenjutsu. He carries a huge katana, which he wields with both hands (most of the time) and has learnt to use it very well. His movements are not particularly fast, nor are they slow, but his strength makes up for his somewhat lack of speed.

History: Koji comes from an unknown fire clan outside of Konoha that except for him is know extinct. The one who killed him and his clan was a shinobi dressed in black, this happened when he was merely 5 years old. Koji grew up an orphan, poor and lonely. His only salvation was the shinobi academy, but at the age of 8 he left to find his own strength taking nothing but his clothes and the sword of his father. He returned to Konoha around the age 15, though young he had already taken many a life as a shinobi for hire. He found a house in Konoha and began working for the good of Konoha. After some years of training he had become quite the shinobi, achieving ANBU status and the rank of Jounin. He used his skills as a Hunter-nin to hunt down the shinobi who slew his parents and clan. It turned out to be his uncle.After an epic battle Koji came out on top. With his revenge taken and a new life in Konoha Koji settled down as an ANBU Hunter-nin working on some of Konoha’s hardest and most dangerous cases.

Doragon Inferuno Sutoraiki (Dragon Inferno Strike) no Jutsu: Gathering pure fire elment Chakra in his/her hand a powerful jutsu similar to the Chidori is formed that has the power to melt or burn through almost anything and dosn't require the extreme speeds of Chidori. But more so than Chidori the amount of chackra required and physical strain from maitaining the jutsu cause it to usaully be limited to 2 time a day.(A.K.A Doragon Tsume)

Kenji Desription: It is unknown how Koji found Kenji but Kenji has been with him for years, probally since before Koji came back to Konoha. He is a powerful creature though the only one owned by Koji. Though extremely massive, he is fairly light weight for his size allowing for flight.

Combat Description: Seizo uses his zanbato as one would expect. He is a talented swordsman, aswell as an excellent ninjutsu user. His "Tidal Blade" jutsu wraps the blade of his sword with rapidly vibrating water, extending its range and destructive capabilities.

Personal Description: Seizo only recently found out about his uncle - Zabuza. His mother was exiled from the hidden mist village, along with the other members of the Momochi clan. Seizo has a carefree attitude, thinking of being a shinobi more as a game than a profession.

History: Born a bastard child, Seizo never knew who his father was. He had a fairly normal childhood, and was admitted into the academy at age 8. He was an under-achieving goof who never really put any effort into his studies. He was passed and granted the title of Genin at age 13, at age 16 he was promoted to chuunin.

Personality: His mindset is a mix of black and white, yin and yang, good and evil. While he is fully capable of appreciating others feelings, and able to whole-heartedly enjoy love, and befriend, he persistently gravitates towards what would be deemed ‘the wrong. Amoral is probably the best way to describe Rakieri. He always has a stern look on his face as if he has a stick up his ass but it's mostly because he may not care. Rakieri becomes bored with certain situations very easily and thus has to find something new to entertain himself. He is mostly amoral but he does retain some of his morals. Actually at times, it seems he has a war inside his mind with his own morals or lack thereof. At times he also seems to lack any opinion at all and isn't very choosy about his words. He speaks his mind and doesn't care what other people think about him being so... open with his thoughts. Rakieri does not understand certain moral issues and because of this it makes him somewhat hard to deal with from time to time.

Physical Description:A man of reasonably impressive stature, Rakieri’s body is lean and powerful, evidence of his prowess as a taijutsu artist. Jagged marks decorate his skin, souvenirs from many past battles both successful and not. His eyes are deep azure and command respect like the ocean, and a mane of unruly black spikes reaches the middle of his back, only partially tamed into a ponytail. Already tall at 6'5 , this would make him look even more intimidating to his enemies.

Clothing: Due to his unease to the shinobi way of life and culture , Rakieri has never taken to wearing any of the official shinobi attire. Throughout his time as a genin and later on chunnin, he was mostly clad in simple clothing which was sensible, simple and boring. He was never going to be a fashion sensation. Wearing an armor plate that hangs off one shoulder, its looks can be deceiving. Upon closer inspection, you would notice that the single plates that cross the armor were in fact bones covered with melted metal to form a reasonably scary piece of work (though in truth they are merely the bones of larger animals, with the intention of seeming like human remains for the scare effects). First of all, Rakieri never wears his forehead protector any more. After living his village, he put it away in his pocket. He often pulls it out and looks at it, wondering just what his life would be like had he never left. He wears a gothic-esque, black jacket, crafted of denim and leather, dyed black to shrink in the shadow. It has accented edges in soft pastel silvers, in fact, many call him a human dragon because of the shine and lack of in his outfit. Rough, jagged edges are seen on his arms. On his left are silver chains that wind around in an arabesque design. They offer no protection, but Rakieri had never been cut anywhere to know that. His right side has a traditional shoulder guard, but again, it offers no protection. It does look quite foreboding. His jacket splits into four "tails," as he calls them, four seperate, small capes that connect to his jacket. He has a tunic of sorts with two extra, smaller tails that cover his front torso region.He wears black slacks, make of an unknown material that fit well enough to let him run at top speed without lack of mobility. He wears a brown glove on his right hand, thinner than his left handed gauntlet. His left hand opted for a thinner glove because the thickness interfered with his swordplay. His right handed glove is much thicker, made of pure rawhide, black, and dilver. It offers about as much protection as something made from sturdy material would. No where near an actual gauntlet, but more so than a regular glove.

History:Born in the Kaguya Village , Rakieri was kidnapped by Mist Ninja's when he was 3 years old. His mother and father were slaughtered during the war. Rakieri was then sold at the black market to the clouds. Where they made him a Raikou. Rakieri vows to avenge the Kaguya's. Soon after Rakieri has been captured and sentenced to his execution , his fate was reversed and saved by the Kaguya Clan Leader (Kodami). Soon afterwards , Rakieri underwent a sugery that fully brought him back to a Kaguya. He left the village becuase of ANBU purposes. While traveling , he has meet Rakoon , his comrade soon followed by Saiton and Koshi. As of now the Rengade Pirates are spotted by natives travelling on the Grand Guild , soon enough , they are confronted by 2 Shinobi's named Koji and Dale. The party was soon interrupted by several shinobi's which in turn made Rakieri flee with his comrades from the battle scene. The party crew soon found themselves loosing a member of the group. Rakieri found his new companion , a talking rhino. They are now headed back to Konoha to settle some issues with Tsunade. Beginning of his onslaught of the 2 ANBU's he klilled , Rakieri was forced to become a missing nin. It was ethier die or live with the price of becoming a missing nin. The ninja soon sought refuge in an old abandoned hut and hid out for a number of years. He since has been helping out Shinobi by safetly transporting them to their location.

Skills:Brown hair covering left eye and bandanna with dreadlocks. Average in height and build, Rakieri relies more on intelligence, agility, and quick wit to protect himself, rather than physical strength. Although Rakieri is not as skilled with swords as a average Shinobi should , he can hold his own in a duel with him by adding extra complications to the battle, such as fighting on unstable terrain and ducking behind things or talking in the middle of the fight to throw them off guard. Rakieri often employs trickery to win or exits during a fight. Whenever possible, he prefers to escape. Rakieri's trademark physical characteristic is a slightly drunken stagger, accompanied by slurred speech and awkwardly flailing hand gestures that make him appear unfocused.

A friendly yet restless boy Aeyeilizoa Ajasuto (Ah-iel-lee-zoh) is from a group of people (we shall call it the Ajasuto clan) recently discovered by a group of Konoha expansionists that inhabits a small chain of islands along the southeast corner of the map. The expansionists thought he was the most exceptional of the young ones from the island took him back to Konoha with them as part of a "treaty" with the bewildered inhabitants.

A genius of sorts he is adapting to civilization well, although still is not fluent at many aspects (language, manners, etc) nonetheless his odd exotic quirks make him a very popular boy. he is excited about all almost everything of the new world and his favorite pastimes include making "music" on the seashell strung around his neck which amuses him to no end, and taking apart technology to see how it works (although he doesn't seem to grasp the concept of ownership so he is often stealing/ breaking other peoples possessions). Perhaps his only true moral flaw although it is a massive one is that since coming to this new world is he is always looking skyward, disgusted by how much time he spent lazing around on the island Aeyeilizoa is never happy with his current being and he wishes to become the best that he can be in knowledge, power, etc... and will sacrifice anything and anyone if the personal reward is big enough.

The inhabitants of the small chain of islands sport a pure elemental-less charka and bodies that have been evolving at a ridiculous pace. They now adapt to whatever situation they are faced with. for example

If exposed to an element the body will naturally start to develop a resistance to fire and a weakness to water while Aeyeilizoa's charka will become of the fire affinity. So if Aeyeilizoa is hit with a fire jutsu his body will gain the fire affinity while adapting so that afterwards he will be immune to that level and below of fire jutsu while gaining a comparable vulnerability to water jutsu. His Fire element affinity/immunity can change between elements during the course of a fight whenever more damage has been done by a different element then the fire element did (at Chunnin and Jounin he can gain multiple affinities and immunities).

In Taijutsu after being hit by a certain level of force his body will harden to that level of immunity making similer strength shots useless... meaning that every single scoring hit upon Aeyeilizoa must be consecutively stronger then the last if you wish to make every shot count.

He is very resistant to genjutsu

A good opponent can exploit this adaption through conventional means as well as non-conventional means. for example: if you make enough loud noise Aeyeilizoa's ears will adapt to that level making him deaf to quieter sounds for a little while after etc.

Aeyeilizoa wears thick reflective goggles and sound averaging ear plugs to help control dramatic changes in surroundings to alleviate the temp blind or deaf weakness stated above. (so get creative and think of your own ways XD)

Psychology : Despite being gifted, Hito is very nice and caring. She tries no to judge people, but once in a while she can offend one or another. She acts tough and independent on the outside, but on the inside, she is quite soft and fragile. One wrong word can turn her smile upsidedown. She always tries to see the best in people, but rarely lets them get past her "tough" layer.

History: Daikage is from the Kusa (grass) village. He is trained in the art of assassination, and genuinely adores his work. Very little is known about his past, although it was once rumored his parents were survivors of a bloodline purge that wiped everyone else out. However, after some digging, it was shocking to discover Daikage was the one doing the purging. Daikage is also a member of the Punishment Corps in the Ikusa ranks, and he was the one who put the scar on Arata's back. Despite this, Arata willingly became Daikage's student.

Attire: Same as the pic. He also wears black leather gloves with a midnight black nodachi at his side.

Bloodline: Daikage's bloodline involves creation and manipulation of a purely black substance called "Darkness". It has been confirmed that it can become solid, so it is unlikely it is true darkness. Few have seen this bloodline and lived, and the few that did were reported to never have left the house from one hour before dusk until one hour after dawn again, except for Fuyumi Arata, although this is mainly because the bloodline was used as a training instrument only.

Fighting Style: The ones that have not seen his bloodline tell that he generally used mind games and subtle psychological attacks to deal with his opponents, although his skill with his nodachi is not something to laugh about either.

Why have multiple posts with the same purpose?
That is the same reason the separated stores failed. One Npc thread will Npc information posted here. Shared by all villages. If you wish to have an index of your Npc's then PM me with the links to the npcs you posted and their names and i will add the list to this first post. Also, if you want to be sorted in villages so badly. Just inform me which village each of your npcs' is in( with link and name ) and i will add it to the list in the first post.

Name: Kuroi
Title: Bodyguard of the first Neko prophet to reside in the shinobi land.

History: Taken from her family and forced into the Neko church at a young age, along with many others, Kuroi has been raised and trained to it's standards. She is trained in various forms of small weaponry. She is said to possess the protective nature of the Neko 'god', and was thus assigned as a bodyguard to a Neko prophet of the same age when she turned thirteen. She was trained alongside Mitsukai, and has been friends with her for several years.

Personality: Kuroi is usually very quiet and withdrawn. She seems to be depressed quite often, but hardly ever says anything about the way she's feeling, even to those closest to her. She acts as if she is completely impartial to everything, listening quietly and obeying commands without a word, but never expressing approval either.

History: Kiyo was indoctrinated into the Neko church when she was very young, like most current members. She was noted as having unusual skill however, and was raised to occupy a special position within the church. She has been officially deemed one of the eighteen living prophets of the Neko 'god'. Of these, there are only two that are younger than her.

She has known both Kiyo and Mitsukai for two years. Kiyo has served her for a year, and Mitsukai for several months.

Personality: Very cheery. Someone who always looks at the bright side. She is usually very friendly with everyone, and is very open to the thoughts and ideas of others. This is why she was chosen to be the first prophet to represent her people in the shinobi land.
