yes he will...imprisonment is dog crap compared to Drizzt
*knocks on your head* Hello? Any brain cells in there? Need I remind you that even MAGIC RESISTANCE won't prevent that Level 9 spell. Drizzt, for all his double-sword coolness, isn't like the Shadow Thief with the Killsword. He's not immune to virtually everything bar a Time Stop + Mind Flayer Shapechange combo.
It doesn't matter how you look at it, once that mage gets off Imprisonment (and they will, because of the various other spells that a mage has in their arsenal), Drizzt's fate is sealed.
