Ladies & Gentlemen, I present the Jashin Cult (http://www.alaskahomesandproperties.com/Saliva - Ladies and gentlemen.mp3)
warning: could contain spoilers... there are already manga-only abilities in the sos though so I do not see the harm... since i needs tons of approvals posting the clan to help combat mass pm confusion

One major weakness remains hidden to only be shown to judges
The Jashin Cult
Jashin Cultists are immortal as long as they make a make a sacrifice at least once every 52 hours, however in order to keep their immortality in battle they must do a minute long prayer directly before combat. without this prayer one cannot enter the forms and is basically a normal human that can be incapacitated from pain. there is a very cool way to deal with a jashin once they enter immortality though... it just requires a keen eye or luck to catch though (besides typical beheading)
their are three forms achievable in the jashin cult, modeled after his three glorious apostles... the user takes on a rough appearance of the selected glorious one when the user enters that mode however their body stays the same (xocotl mode doesn't gain armor, Itzpapalotl mode keeps legs, etc)
can enter Xocotl form by comsuming the targets blood or wounding them with a xocotl spear: the most well rounded form it is resistant to pain and something elseGlorious Xocotl (http://images.epilogue.net/users/carolinaeade/i_xolotl.jpg) (Carolina Eade)
can enter Tlaloc form by "drowning" themselves in a ritual circle. In this form they can control salted water but are extra vulnerable to water elemental weaknesses, manipulating salted water costs chakra and power is weak unless additional rituals performed Glorious Tlaloc (http://fc05.deviantart.com/fs17/f/2007/167/4/0/Tlaloc_by_drgn_skull05.jpg) (drgn skull05)
can enter Itzpapalotl form by cutting off their head while in a ritual circle, like a butterfly the Itzpapalotl form claws its way out of the opening and spreads bloody, obsidian-tipped wings not capable of flight. Itzpapalotl stands for rejuvenation thru sacrifice of what is precious as so by willingly leaving their Itzpapalotl form, the Itzpapalotl form peels away from their body of the human and falls away. Yet as the used avatar parts fall to the earth, they carry with them Itzpapalotl's will. All of a Jashin Cultist's specialty clones within 10 meters of the user, that were sacrificed in a ritual, will return to life. Reviving these clones does not consume additional chakra from the user as the dying god form's ambient energies feed the re-incarnation. Yet clones that slowly drain the user's chakra to continue their existence after the re-incarnation has been performed, will drain the user's chakra, even if they switch avatar forms.
Gennin Rank: If known, all destroyed Atemoztli Bunshin's, within 10 meters of the user will be revived.
Chuunin Rank: If known, all destroyed Quecholli Bunshin's, within 10 meters of the user will be revived.
Jounin Rank: If known, all destroyed Jashin Bunshin's, within 10 meters of the user will be revived.
No medical benefits occur Gorious Itzpapalotl (http://images.epilogue.net/users/carolinaeade/i_itzpa.jpg) (Carolina Eade)
The ritual circle is the medium in which most Jashin Cultic Jutsu's are preformed, It is a triangle within a circle
the perfect outer-circle which represents Lord Jashin's limitless and boundless omnipotence, omniscience, and omnipresence as a circle has no beginning or end, and no deviations. the ideal symbol of Jashin's completeness, eternalness, and soul.
the triangle inside, being the strongest shape in existence, is the symbol that supports the circle: making contact with it in three places. Each of the three points of the triangle represent one of Jashin's three Chosen Ones... showing how they in fact are what keep Jashin's Will strong.... by standing inside the ritual circle a jashin follower confirms their will to support Jashin's Will as well
the Ritual circle is not hard to make so to say, using ones toe it can be made in two revolutions, one time drawing the circle and the other the triangle... but it must be perfect... thus time must be taken to make sure both the triangle and the circle are geometrically correct so here are the times necessary to make a ritual circle at every rank.
Genin: 10 seconds
Chunnin: 7 seconds
Jounin: 3 seconds
1/2 the times if the user shunshins on the spot
also, since Jashin Cultists do not especially care for money past what is needed to live, they always willingly give at least 20% of their earnings to worthy charities such as the black market

Tlacaxipehualiztli (C-rank)
Must be in Itzpapalotl form
Must know Summoning Jutsu
The user channels chakra into a ritual circle, creating four obsidian spiked fleshy whips on their back
Ochpaniztli No Jutsu"C-rank"
Must be in Itzpapalotl Form
Must know summoning Jutsu
A purification ritual in which the the user cuts a ritual circle into their hand and channels chakra to it, summoning a swarm of locusts. these locusts look for the next closest host: they are not capable of performing any significant damage but can bite and get into eyes, ears, etc
Atlcahualo no jutsu (C,B rank)
must be in itzpapalotl form
Must know Summoning Jutsu
the user sacrifices children and there former cacoon body combined to create a large ugly fleshy tree like a stick bug among sticks. the tree is really a type of summon capable of fighting with its fleshy branches and roots: at C rank it can send up to five roots underground for hidden upward stabbing attacks within 5 meters... along with, at B-rank, having a few hundred sharp leaf-like fleshy kunai that it can fling up to about 15 meters
Tozoztontli No Jutsu (B-rank )
must be in itzpapalotl form
Must know Summoning Jutsu
the user kneels down and sacrifices small snakes and flowers on the ritual circle the Atlcahualo tree is on. the tree then absorbs the offerings and creates fleshy Itzapopotl staff with the users former skull on top (from the beheading). By channelling chakra into the staff the user can create up to two small stars at a time within the skull that go out the eye sockets and begin to orbit around the skull. when the staff is swung the stars can boomerang up to three meters outward then come back. the stars upon sticking inside something explode outwards into shards, shredding through materials for up to a half of foot.
Huey Tozoztli No Jutsu (A-rank)
must be in itzpapalotl form
Must know Summoning Jutsu
the user impales a Xocotl form with the Itzpaplotl staff into a Atlcahualo tree, channelling chakra through the staff and into the body and tree the Xocotl form quickly disintegrates runs through the tree and the tree opens like a horrific blooming flower with a single advanced jashin circle at the center which god summoning can happen through depending on the calendar day the fight was stated as started (the user makes a pact with the group itself, each member accepting two days in which to be summoned. It is based on the Aztec Sacred calendar and will be filled in soon but seriously... its gonna be ALLOT of work... not expecting an approval till chart filled out

Nemontemi No Jutsu (A-rank)
Must be in Itzpaplotl Form
Must know Summoning Jutsu
The user summons a prolific immortal neutral Jashin beast, that can phase in and out of objects and attacks at anything that moves: even the user. it goes back to the summoning rounds after 5 posting rounds or excessive damage (think of the movie tomb raider and the cradle of life)
Etzalcualiztli No Jutsu (D-rank)
by "drowning" (breathing water) while channeling chakra into the ritual circle the user enters Tlaloc form and can manipulate salted water with genin power and speed when standing within a ritual circle.
Tecuilhuitontli No Jutsu (Water B-rank)
must be in Tlaloc form
the user sacrifices birds on a water-bound ritual circle, empowering the salted water to heavy bruising levels and the amount manipulatable to chunnin levels
Huey Tecuilhuitl No Jutsu (A-rank)
Must be in Tlaloc form
The user channels chakra into a water ritual circle with a Itzpapalotl form on it and in return has the Itzpapalotl form dissintegrate and spread though-out the body of water, dramatically empowering the salty bloody waters to power to bone-breaking strength as well as upping maneuverability and increasing the amount that can be controlled to jounin levels
Toxatl No Jutsu (A-rank Fire)
must be in Tlaloc form
the user channels chakra into the jashin salts of the salted water, which then weakens the bonds of the hydrogen and oxygen: therefore releasing the hydrogen which ignites and causes the water to burn with literal flame. The user must continually channel chakra into the jashin salts and have a good supply of water as the water evaporates. This is based on real science... yes salted water can burn.
Tlaxochimaco No Jutsu (D-rank)
Must know summoning Jutsu
Channelling Chakra through a small animal or child on the ritual circle creates a Xocotl spear, They are simply sharp and thin black rods: seen in use by Hidan. However, drawing blood with one is enough to send the user into Xocotl mode
Xocotl Huetzi No Jutsu (B-rank) (fire element)
must be in Xocotl mode
cutting the users hand with the xocotl pole, plunging it through a child and into the ritual circle then channelling chakra into the ritual circle will turn the users blood flowing down the pole into a fiery blood/oil that will not go out easily. slowly burning everything it touches away unless negated. it drips and can splash away when swung with enough force or colliding with something
Panquetzaliztli No Jutsu (A-rank)
Must be Xocotl form
Must preform Xocotl Huetzi first
the user sacrifices a Tlaloc form on a ritual circle creating a massive two handed flaming semi-solid Xocotl Pole. which upon hard contact splashes into burning shards, shredding and imbedding into whatever it comes into contact with... then regenerating for a lose of chakra, leaving the fire behind. It can also be "drank" and then enter the bodies circulation, splashing out burning Xocotl shards when cut
Teteo Eco No Jutsu (C,B, and A rank Fire Technique)
must be in Xocotl form
by channelling chakra into the ritual circle made of their targets blood it runs up the users body creating poignant, tattoo like red strips on their skin and clothing that send a malevolent red glow outward, casting away darkness. the user can unleash the dried ritual tattoo molded on their cloths and skin creating an outwards explosion at any time.
The C-rank version creates first degree burns on everything within 5 meters and casts harmless light for 20 meters before unleashed
The B-rank creates second degree burning heat within 5 meters, first degree within 10 meters, and harmless light for 40 meters before unleashed.
The A-rank creates third degree burning heat within 5 meters, second degree burning heat within 10 meters, first degree burning heat within 15 meters, and light for 60 meters before unleashed.
Tepeilhuitl No Jutsu(A-rank)
must be in Xocotl form
channelling chakra through a child sacrifice into the ritual circle will, in return from the ritual circle, cause the user to become feral and cannibalistic with perfect bullet-time senses, reflexes and thought. they will throw strategy jutsu use, and weapons away and come in masterfully with hardened teeth and claws for the kill. the state of mind ends with the target disappearing from sight, target being defeated, or the user taking a few solid hits.
Izcalli no Jutsu(C-rank Fire)
Amaranth Tamales, prepared beforehand can be cooked with chakra upon a ritual circle within seconds and then consumed, can provide 10 minutes of temporary immortality to a non-jashin cultist or the user (if unable to preform the minute long prayer before battle)... the ten-minute clock begins when chakra is first channeled into the tamale... rare immortal Amarath for making tamale's are available available at the store
Arquzeotl no Jutsu (D, C, B, and A rank Fire )
The user can "arm" a ritual circle by channelling chakra into it while touching it, it will then work like a landmine of Jashin Fury. Only creating a flash of fire up and outwards instead of an explosion and no crater is produced.
D-rank: same as an explosive note
C-rank: 2x as powerful as an explosive note
B-rank: 4x as powerful as an explosive note
A-rank: 8x as powerful as an explosive note
Atemoztli Bunshin No Jutsu (C-rank Water)
Channeling chakra into a ritual circle with a source of water will create an unspecified amount of Small Child-like water clones depending on the amount of water available that are mixed with Jashin Blood. They have 5% of the users chakra and can be used in sacrifice or in combat and can enter the jashin modes. If the clones are salted and the user in Huixtocihuatll form they can be controlled like puppets.
Quecholli Bunshin no Jutsu (B-rank Water)
By making a blood offering on a ritual circle, the user of this technique will be able to transform any number of sacrifices under their control, into a deer form. When in this form, the deer sacrifices will no longer be under the user's control and will attempt to flee from any nearby animal or being. When slain, the deers explode in a shower of blood and water. This gory slurry has healing properties and will aid in the closure of open wounds that the liquid is applied to.
Jashin Bunshin no Jutsu( A-rank)
The Jashin Channels Chakra into a water-bound ritual circle, creating a Full Sized Water clone with 50% of the users chakra, these clones can use jutsu, enter the jashin modes, and can regenerate themselves for a loss of chakra similar to a haze clone. if their water is destroyed they need to find more water to regenerate with though. basically they are immortal until they run out of chakra or completely obliterated.
i dont know how it works with the new XP system so the multiple tier jutsu can work in several different ways
For Multiple Tier Jutsu's since I dont exactly know how XP will work in this case however this is how it seems to me
-takes up as much XP as the level you learn
-can be trained to higher ranks only when enough XP is obtained to do so
-training higher ranks can either require re-purchasing the stronger jutsu or not as it is just a more powerful version

Before the beginning their was nothing but an eternal plane of ying and yang energies intermingling. Water and Fire, black and white, stillness and movement, spirit and matter moved among each other in and endless slurry of both void and everything: resulting in time with the creation of a single arbitrary intelligence... an existence capable of both creation and destruction, that rejected the notions of good and evil for the promise of one thing, the manifestation of both life and death
Lord Jashin, God of Duality, being of chaos and bringer of harmony and order, the divinity of reality where opposites converge in a supreme manifestation of the all... that is what we call him, for he is the one that both thought and created himself, and then initiated the beginning.
The Jashin Cult
In order to initiate the beginning, and thus generate the energies to empower all that would exist thereafter, began creating and destroying things in an endless cycle to generate chakra, the sacred movement in continuum, which gave impulse to existence and thus the possibility of existence.
Now, the beginning put into motion, Lord Jashin manifested the chakra into three glorious children: Xocotl, Tlaloc, and Itzpaplotl... who, existing on the whole new generated plane of the beginning they soon created the Mictlan or the underworld: the grounds of potent change where, through creation and destruction, the new beginning began to take shape: it was a land of testing and sacrifice... pain and torment of endless raw forces in battles of existence.
However, This land of eternal struggle troubled Itzpaplotl for there were pure spirits to whom were not made for this eternity... who were still too innocent and beautifully ignorant to appreciate the hidden joy of Mictlan
So she decided to go before her brothers with her plea, Tlaloc spoke nothing but Xocotl allowed her leave to try to make her plane, but not allowing her to take the energies of the vibrant underworld for the creation. She set out, undeterred... yet her brother Xocotl changed her mind soon after and ordered 400 of her warrior spirits to defeat her before she left.
She destroyed them all
But after victory she was surprised by Tlaloc, who pushed her into a murderous pit which Xocotl had had the spirits herd her towards... She died instantly
However lord Jashin, being the omniscient, omnipotent omnipresence noted her good intentions and brought her back to life: promising to never again let one of his favored die. He also permitted her to take the destroyed bodies of the 400 spirits to create her new spirit plane while chiding Xocotl for his actions against his sister.
Thus Tamoanchan, Itzpapalotl's heaven, was made: a place of misty sky where the innocent could frolic in eternal joy for all time.
The Creation of the two worlds left the question of how to decide which spirits should go where though, a problem which Lord Jashin quickly answered
There would be a mortal realm, where souls would go first to test their character for where they would best be suited for... note neither afterlife realm is considered good or evil: only meant for different types of people... the innocent children, mothers, priests go to nurture and frolic in the over-world whereas the underworld was for the well-traveled philosophers and warriors... with each afterlife having multiple levels of ascension that could be reached depending on how one proved themselves in the physical world.
Andif one fit both afterlife criteria perfectly they would be given a place of duality within the before beginning along-side Lord Jashin for all eternity... sainted to say the least.
Tlaloc, being the lesser, weaker and younger brother was chosen to be the creator and ruler of the mortal realm and thus, fierce and bitter, left Mictlan with Jashin's Degree... the prospects of the mortal realm did not please him however he understood and abided by his fathers knowing wishes
Xocotl visited his beloved brother soon afterwards, giving him fire from the underworld as a present to help create and nurture the mortal realm... Itzpaplotl however, did not bring her brother any gifts.
Given an ample supply of materials Tlaloc created the mortal realm quickly, then quickly earned his reputation as the most fierce of the siblings by crushing the spirits that followed him into salt: then mixing the with water and chakra to create blood to fuel the mortal life of the realm.
Through sacrifice and bloodletting of the mortal people to Tlaloc he is able to sustain the mortal realm and keep the circle of life going
This is not the main reason behind our sublime carnage though... while some blood must be spilt and life destroyed to fuel the creation of new life we do most of our sacrifice for the reasons that Lord Jashin gave to create the world...
Judgement
All beings, even heathens, are subjects to lord Jashins kindness, peoples character is found out early in life: so by early sacrifice their glorious ascension and eternity in the afterlife is that much closer.
Soon after the World was made Jashin, having evolved and grown from a single conscious at the beginning into an existence of multiple intelligences created a group of children called the Utukku to become Shinigami, each one modeled as an avatar as one of his entities... including one to rule over them who took on the entity of Jashin himself... the easily recognizable features of the Shinigami do not pass down through generation to generation but instead randomly appear every so often when children Jashin thinks worthy of a certain avatar's name are born.
The three siblings immediately offered their power to the Utuuku as well
Being an Utukku avatar grants one access to the secret immortality ritual and cult Jutsu when they reach adulthood (16+), note that their are many Jashins but only a few Immortal Shinigami
Shinigami are blessed saints with Jashin's personal favor who surrender the thought of ever going to the glorious afterlife in exchange for being locked into the mortal realm in a quest to spend eternity sacrificing others to help hurry them to ascend to the afterlife... truly the most noble of people should they ever die they are guaranteed a place by Jashin's side: for after-all they spend eternity as his hands, spreading his will.

Shinigami Nin-Pet, GM Hybrid Organism
Due to year round humidity and warm temperatures the Jashin Vastlands is a breeding ground for some of the most advanced parasites and diseases and thus not a safe place to be by any standards. Let alone as a child... however some Jashin parents, when faced with the news that their child is to be sacrificed foolishly stow their children away and into the jungles: hoping they somehow find a new life.
They never do
Or rather, if they do survive: it is only because through symbiotic and leech relationships with various organisms, resulting in a rampant build-up of disease and mutations that increase initial survivability chance... insects enter through cuts and eat away at the bone, growing and assimilating into the host body, slow moving bony slugs clasp onto limbs and leech off the blood and so on
Essentially, they become more a collection of organism's in a symbiotic/parasitic relationship then human... or course, the host human cannot survive like this for long and will only serve to prolong the inevitable death
Unless of course, found by a wandering hunter before its too late
Jashins regard children that survive a trip into the deadly forests as chosen beings that lord Jashin saved for a purpose, by first escaping death from sacrifice and then death in the jungle surely they are now beasts to be earth-bound for all eternity and help the Shinigami in eternal servitude?
Thats right, These Children that have bonded with organisms and animals are considered beasts, not human anymore. Just like modern society won't even call clones real humans or part goat people real humans
Nonetheless The Jashins quickly stow the dying beasts away and inject them with estrogen or testosterone depending on gender to quickly fill their body up to the necessary teenage level (16+) required for the immortality ritual and preform it. Making it so that even though, in the months ahead that the beast should die, it cells can't die
After the immortality ritual, the beast is perfect for genetic modification
In the months ahead Jashins work on the beasts, pacifying the disease and bonding the organisms together into one clear intelligence... which then proceeds with training on how to do a sophisticated ~1 long ritual to a destroyed shinigami back together (obviously PvE only)
When the ritual is learned the finished GM beast is given to a shinigami to take on their travels like a nin-pet. These nin-pet then spend the rest of their lives learning how to bring out the diseases subdued within them
Genin Abilities:
-slow awkward flight, similar to a helicopter
-a dilute flesh-eating bacteria inside saliva that when put onto a living thing creates a rash that dries out the skin and causes it to chap and bleed when moved much
-knowledge of an excessively long hidden jashin ritual which can be preformed after combat to reassemble an incapacitated Jashin Shinigami. (PvE)
there ya go , too much?
