Well let's see, we have Kuma and his "Paw Paw" fruit(LMAO), Zoro getting roughed up pretty bad, Luffy out cold, the other strawhats not standing a chance, what can happen next?

I am sure in the next chapter someone will interfere and save them. I'm wondering who, maybe Luffy's father?

I am guessing it'll probably be someone we haven't saw yet, or maybe the government will suddenly call Kuma and tell him to stop for some reason, and he stops and leave them(but he's already in the middle of an explosion not sure if he's ABLE to stop). Someone will interfere though.

BTW, I thought the strawhats reaction to "Paw Paw" fruit was hilarious. Made my stomach hurt.

I agree that someone will interfere and Dragon would certainly be up to the task of fending of Kuma. The next chapter will probably show the Strawhats badly injured still trying to defend Luffy when someone arrives to help though who remains to be seen.

I like the irony of the Shichibukai once called Tyrant having such a cute devil fruit ability.:biggrin1:

I agree that someone has to come, they are in no way to defeat Kuma, and i also agree that Dragon looks like the best choice right now, who can interfere, but what will he be doing in New World and Thriller Bark ...

If some of the Yonkou came, then i am betting on shanks ... i don't know why though ...

If a Yonkou were to come I would bet on Kaidou given that he was introduced in this arc. Though if he did come to thriller park the Strawhats could actually have bigger problems.

If Dragon or one of the Yonkou did arrive I"m sure that Kuma wouldn't try to fight and just escape.

Dragons goal is to bring down the World Government and destroying the Shichibukai would upset their balance that they use to counter the Yonkou. Just a theory.

Great chapter. Zoro wasn't exactly kicking ass... but he was dodging most of the attacks and was still mobile. Although you could say that Sanji saved him...

I really hope no one interferes with this battle. I would love to see the strawhats(or even better, just Zoro) step up and get the W in this situation.

As most people have alreasy said i to believe will need help in order to defeat Kuma. Of course would dragon one of the most interesting persons to see appear. And if he would appear he will maybe tell us what has happend to ace.

Yes Zorro stil has some technique's he can use like for example asura. But even if he uses something new it still isn't looking to bright i you look with how much ease Kuma was able to deflect all of the strawhats their attacks.
And to just say we still dont know the true extent of Kuma's powers exept that he was able to deflect everything that was that was used on him he can to can make bombs out of air, and we only seen him fighting for just one chapter. So i'm just thinking by myself what sort of things can he do more.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with this. They'll learn they need to get better. Since they had such a hard time against an opponent who got PWNED in the New World.

Ya, right now I think the only one ready to make the jump is Luffy, maybe Zoro. Sanji is almost there, but the rest really haveto upgrade.

Robin's power feels so underdeveloped, I think there is alot of room for her to get a lot stronger as well.

The good things about strawhats is that they learn new things after every fight, and in their next fight they use that new techniques ... So yeah they must have learnt some new techniques in this fight but prolly only Luffy, cause he was the one who actually had a serious fight, the others were just messing around ...

I am not sure but if all the attacks fail against kuma then maybe robin can do something with her powers ... since her powers are not that of attacking ...

I think that of all the Strawhats Robin has the greatest grasp on her abilities. It seems like every new chapter she uses something different like making wings out of her hands and making giant arms out of a bunch of arms. The only thing I think she has to learn is to make more arms or have better indurance.

He's not really using new attacks rather than using the same old ones when under the influence of his gear abilities. I'm not saying that he doesn't use his abilities well but I think that Robin has the greatest grasp of her skills where as Luffy still has much more room the expand his abilities.

A tag team of Zoro using Asura, and Sanji using his burning leg may win the fight. Kuma cant be that much stronger than Moria.

Moria was powerful because of his massive zombie army so Kuma may very well be much stronger than Moria.

None of their attacks seem to work on Kuma, he can clearly deflect any of the attacks directed at him, hell he can even deflect the air, so physical attacks has no effect on him what so ever ... i am pretty sure Sanji can't do anything right now, zoro may be capable of something, but its highly unlikely as he is heavily injured ...

Well Zoro can easily cut through stone and he boasted that he wanted to cut through metal or diamond so...

I don't think that Kumas ability is based on the hardness of materials like stone and steel. The only way that I see for Zolo to damage Kuma is to avoid hitting the paws of Kuma.

I also think that if Sanji and Zolo work together they may be and to damage Kuma using Asura and Sanji using Diable Jambe.

But I think that someone will interfere to help the Strawhats fend off Kuma.

Well kuma's power sure lies in his paw's (hah), but in the last chapter sanji kicked him on his face and his kick was still deflected ... so looks like his whole body can deflect attacks ...

I also think that if someone interferes it will be Dragon because hes Luffys father and he works relentlessly to bring down the world government and destroying the Shichibukai would probably help their cause.

Or posibbly Kaidou though I only think thats a possibilty because he was introduced in this arc and it would be a good occasion to show off the powers of the Yonkou.

But i see no reason why a Yonkou besides Shanks would help Luffy unless he wanted to recruit Luffy to his fleet, which i doubt cause by now he should know that Luffy wont join any other pirate. Maybe Shanks will appear...

Apparently Kuma is 'down', some are saying deafeted, seems to be a bit of a contentious point atm.

Strawhat Crew member - Pirate Hunter Zoro

Kuma stands alone after the attack. Lola, Ussop and others are shown unconscious. Kuma finds Luffy and is about to finish him off for good.

ゾロ「獅子歌歌！！！！」
Zoro - Shishisonson! (The same move Zoro put on Mr. 1 to defeat him and ultimately conquer steel. Full title of the move is Itoryu Iai Shishisonson)

Zoro strikes Kuma's back and he is cut open. From Kuma's wound, a machine/robotic part is shown.

ゾロ「フランキーみてェな改造人間か・・・！？」

Zoro is begging Kuma. Sanji overhears this and says to take his instead of theirs. Zoro strikes Sanji and he passes out.
Kuma does something to Luffy. Something werid comes out.

くま「今・・・こいつの体から弾き飛ばしたのは痛みと疲労だ。身代わりになるというなら文字通 りお前がこの 苦痛を受けろ
　　　ただでさえ死にそうなお前がこれに耐え切る事は不可能。死に至る」
What I just drew out from his body is pain and fatigue. Live up to your own word and take this torment instead. However, with the condition your in right now, it is impossible for you to survive this. You will die.

ゾロ「場所だけ・・・変えさせてくれ・・・」
Zoro - Just let me think of the location......

ゾロは森で1人ルフィの体から出た苦痛を食らい大変な事になりました。海を見つめるくま
Zoro is alone in the forrest. He takes the torment and something terrible happens. Kuma gazes out to the ocean.

くま「さすがは・・・あんたの息子だな・・・・ドラゴン。いい仲間を持っている」
Kuma - What a son you have, Dragon. He has great nakama.

麦わら一味全員立ち上がってみんな無事を喜んでいます。サンジ、ゾロを探しに森へ。ゾロ見つけ ます
The strawhats regain consiousness and are glad to find that they are safe. Sanji runs off to the forrest to find Zoro. He finds him.

サンジ「・・・・何だこの血の量は・・・！！！ここで何があった・・・・！？」
Sanji - What is this load of blood! What happened here!

ゾロ「・・・なにも！！！な”かった・・・！！！！」
Zoro - Nothing! happened at all...!!!!

I'm wondering who this Dr. Vegabank is, and what makes him possible to make such sofisticated technology that it is hunderds of years before its time.
Kuma now to is saying that he is the ultimate of the marine but that he is not yet complete , i'm wondering what is needed to complete him and for what he may be used for.
This chapter is really confusing and has made a lot of questions, i wonder what will happen now.

A genius scientist Vegapunk has been mentioned once or twice in the manga ... it is said that he is working in the world Govt and helping them build/discover new techniques ... for instance the sea stone was discovered by Vegapunk ...

But what the hell is that kuma taking out torment and fatigue out of Luffy and moving it to zoro? ...

I wonder how long he's had this cyborg body and if its the reason that he's so loyal to the World Government.

I'm also suprised that he would know that Luffy is Dragons son. Because is the World Government knew that it stands to reason that they would try to use Luffy to get to Dragon. So know I wonder if the Gorosei actually know about this information.

I am actually amazed that world govt ordered Kuma to kill everyone over there, but instead he is helping them out ... Oda really pulled a big one here ...

Plus i think the World Govt actually knows about Luffy's father, its pretty clear from his name, with a letter "D" ...

There are other people with the middle initial "D" besides Luffys family.

Though I didn't think about the fact that Garp was part of the Navy and that he would probably object to Luffy being used in such a way.

Hai, hia, stevie, yes you said that zoro would would take on kuma one on one, but technically zoro is not fighting kuma, infact kuma is helping them :confused: ...

BTW, this whole kuma is a robot thing, i think that he was on the verge of death at one time and Vegapunk fixed him up and made him a SB ...

Wow, that was an unexpected turn in events. Zoro is, indeed, amazing to be alive after that. If Zoro gets strong enough to go with that toughness of his, he'll be frickin scary.
