I got Kaaza light ++ now and have no trouble with it.
It hasn't got those annoying add in and everything seems to download a lot faster.

neither , i would suggest you use Kazaa Lite K++ all the props without the spyware?

It's not riddled with spyware and it also has the feature, that you can still share your files, but other users can't see what you actually got in there.
They just see what they get from you.
It also has an IP block so that certain places can't see what you are up to ;)

kazaa lite K++ is still free but the standard kazaas are asking for you to play now :). Just look around and you should evantually find a Kazaa Lite K++ client dl
