I downloaded BitTorrent, and it's not going well for me...

I tried to download Naruto episodes 1 thru 10, and it said that the total installation time would be around 2550 hours.. My connection is DSL, anything that could fix this to make it run faster? :cry:

What was your download rate? It kinda takes a while for bit torent to get going but once its connected to about 5-10 peers it shud download at around 150-200 kb.

i had the same problem... just leave it on over night then its gets like 50% done so do it for 2 days. also since those are old episodes not as many pppl are gunna be uploading it so its probably gunna be slow.. just wait it out for a few days thats what i did... the newer eps alot of ppl are uploading

Over all , torrents aren't the best way to go, but if that's the only option(wich i doubt) , try using another program , like Shareaza(bit crappy), Azereus(or something like that(Best 1 i've heard))

I have Satellite internet =/.. The BitTorrent downloads are estimated at around 500hrs to downlaod 10 ephisodes.. I tried doing direct download, but all it gives me is: This file is invalid or corrupted.. What do I do to fix this? -.-

Heh ive run out of ideas you can try P2P networking programs like Kazaa.

its pissin me offfff i have dsl a good comp and everything but the speed is USUALLy like 10 - 20 ish... and the fastest is 55 ish how can i boost the speed or is there something wrong

BEST SOLUTIONS :
1.Wait untill your friends finish dl'ing em , them jsut copy them
2.Don't watch Naruto at all.(Bad idea)
3.JUST KEEP YOUR PANTS ON , 60 or so odd hours isn't that long !!(I dl at 2KB/s)
4.If you live in South Africa / gauteng , go to introdata on the old Jo , they have them all !!!
