Nintendo = booring games thats 2 easy

Then....... you haven't played many games :) I've got all the consoles (gcn, xbox, ps2) and i like the gcn the most of all. GCN rules :P

I'm not sure how well gcn is doing. I mean, I really like Zelda and Mario but they havn't been the same lately. Also, Ps2 and particualy xbox have very solid online play, a big plus that nintendo hasn't match. Perhaps Nintendo is cooking up something that will put them back on the front page but if they don't, they will end up getting worse.

Mwah, the best? It is good tho, but i really really like mk:dd cause of the 2 ppl in one kart and the special items. Bom-omb battle is cool and shine thief is brilliant. So i think mk:dd is better...

well its gota be hard, they do the same stuff over and over again (mario, zelda, ex..)
maybe thats the problem. they need to come up with a whole new thing.( maybe a video game about snails!! that would be so freaking cool!XD)

That the problem that Nintendo has. Mario and Metroid are really good games but, when i look at my gamecube. Nintendo games are the only ones i own (besides the Naruto game of course :wink: ) and that the problem. People are looking into Nintendo first party games rather digging deep into thier third party games.

i see nintendo haveing no future in a few years unless they wise up and use full size discs, put all the current multimedia functions, and start making more games...they need to be able to compete with sony and microsoft going online, they need the dvd functions, music abilities...unless they stop concentrating on gamecube GBA connectivity and start giving their gamers what they want they are gonna fail

The reason that i've heard why they use mini discs is because Nintendo was a afraid of piracy.

i was a fan of Zelda and Metroid until the super nintendo days... Super Metroid and Link to the Past were the last ones that were good to me... the metroid for GB Advance is pretty good, brings back an element from the SNES one, and its sidescrolling which im a fan of in metroid games... the one for Xbox pissed me off :evil: , but lately to me Nintendo has been going downhill. I havent seen a gamecube game that looks interesting to me yet. Maybe my tastes are changing, but i think others out there agree with me that they're not half as good as they used to be.

oh, and before anyone mentions the first Zelda for 64, yes it was good, but after that, the one with the masks just made me lose all interest in Zelda, ive given up on nintendo and kept going with my Final Fantasy obsession.

I agree in some ways. If you read the Gamecube sucess sales, they were desperate but also smart. Right now the gamecube is higher than Xbox in sales because of the price drops and the free offers of the 5-Game Zelda disc, etc.

IMO, Gamecube is the worst out of the three next gen-systems for now but it isn't so bad. The hardest games i've come across are mainly ones from the Resident Evil series which ofcourse wasn't exactly a breeze to beat in the older versions either (Not using a Gameshark/Action Replay mind you lol). MOST of the best games for gamecube are on other systems as well and in my opinion the same goes for Xbox. I only found Halo to be the best game on Xbox that was only on Xbox (My Opinion ofcourse, not making facts here lol). Shenmue 2 would've been another but i already played the import from europe for dreamcast.

The main thing imo that makes Xbox better than Gamecube is it's multimedia features and the online play.

But in the upcoming month's i'm pretty sure Gamecube will be making a pretty good leap for themselves. Some pretty good GC Only upcoming games : Final Fantasy Chronicles, Metal Gear Solid (Remake), PSO III, etc. Another Zelda is in the works as well. Wind Waker wasn't the best of them all but it was alright. I think Orcarina of Time was the best one. I pitched in on a new Gamecube just to get the free 5 Zelda Games bonus disc lmao. :lol:

i agree and disagree... Xbox / Ps2 have better title supportg and online play... GC only has like maybe 1 series thats exclusive to them and its just single player... and well why even talk about consoles, PC owns consoles :)

I'm not really a fan of Online playing so i'm happy Nintendo isn't going that way, All the Big titles are really good games. Mario Sunshine ROCKS, Metroid Prime was really cool, i was pleasently surprised by it, Wind Waker was REALLY EASY but was really fun, i like the new zeldas, their subquests are really great

One thing about nintendo that makes it really bad.....the controlers....they ARE nice....but they are completemy useless after less then 100 hours of gaming, they brake like the justing is made out of chewing gum, its too bad cause they have the best controler for 3-d action, Game Cube as the best multiplayer game ever - Super Smash Bros Melee. It took 2 years to get tired of it. It's just too bad that i ran out of friends (or enemies ?) or else i'd still be playing it. Fox and Peach! my monsters :evil: too bad i ran out of victims and controler money ^^

PS2 is my fav now, it has the RPGs, there isn't anything else to say

ONline gaming is THE best... IM sry but single player will NEVER have the same edge as playign with a legion of online pals SP gets old and redundant.. MP is alwasy funa s long as your with a group of ppl. LIKE iE i only go to certain servers and like veryone knows everyone ;/

yeah it's cool....i downt like 1 person shooters so i havent done that much online gaming with my PC, just Diablo II but now i'm at hell with my 2 characters and its just impossible to do on your own, and nobody plays, it's all trade

What are you talking about??? Mario Kart Double Dash. DUDE!!! it took me forever to beat mirror mode. all 16 races and you need to get 1st place in each race. (i'm a perfectionist (sorta) must get perfect score) careful that you don't go insane and throw your controller on the floor. =\

I am not a PC gamer. I strictly consoles. I seen many of you talking about how nintento has good games and they do. But compared to Nintendo games; How many 3-party games do you own? What is a Nintendo exclusive 3-party game that you are looking foward too? Like i said in my last posts that's is the real problem with Nintendo. If people are going to buy first party games what is there for the third party. Shure there is really good 3-party exclusives but they are getting shunned out buy Metroid.

Shure during the christmas season Nintento out sold Xbox; but the only reason for that is because.
1. the price drop
2. the free games that came with it.
Yes Xbox and sony did the same thing but with the price of nintendo is now; nintendo just won (bearly) in that season.
Oh and online for nintendo sucks. yea, i know that some people don't take their consoles online. but the online in consoles have and will become a major part in the next-generation in console gaming.
