ive been doing this to my images for a loooooooooooooooong time since i started photoshop it makes it hard to c ne erase marks and inhances it, duplicate the layer, put it to soft or hard blur depending on how light ur image is, than on the original layer, gaussian blur it to how "cloudy" u want it to be, i put mine to 3 this time becuz i wanted it brighter and i added another layer on soft blur along with the 1 tht alredy was, so i had 3 layers, my duplicates on soft blur, and my original gaussian blured, dont go much higher than 3 or 4 or its really fuzzy

i do it with image ready (which comes with photoshop)

Never made a good sig in my life
Never used photoshop (It's probably better than the crappy image editor I use at school...)
Use a crappy image editor on school computers (It sucks BADLY)

Your sigs are good. The Kiba one was definitely your best. Then the first Naruto one.

Just work on your cut out. And I wouldn't use more than 2 pics in a sig. And I think I'm gonna have to steal that whole "blurry" thing you do with the layers :-p. I have always wondered how people do that. Just thought they had good quality pics.
