I think N did think of a fake note though. So I bet no one dies and light gets owned.

Doesn't ruin it, was just light laughing and a few image scrolls that showed nothing.

The [C&D] release is better and close to Kuro-Hana's, both and more are in the anime/manga download section.

I really hate cliffhangers but this show keeps my on the edge of my seat just waiting for the next ep =D.

This episode was a wicked cliffhanger. It's the perfect way to break into the finale. I think Light really underestimated Near. They made Lights plan seem really great and Near seem on par with L. Near should have learned from L's defeat that he can't take things for granted. He knows Light is Kira.. so he should have been a lot smarter. If he didn't plan ahead and he gets owned next episode that'll suck :p

I guiess I'm one of the few guys that actually want to see Light win...though I doubt he will, or they probably wouldn't have left us hanging like that. That was one of teh best cliffhangers in anime history!

I am really hoping Light wins...I am...And yes...I knew a cliff hanger was coming...But I still felt like grabbing a Death Note and adding the writer`s name in there...I wanna see the next episode so bad...I wish there was another season XD

There are plenty more death notes in that reality...So a new season is possible...

I'm emo seeing Light die and the stupid ass hand of Kira Mikami messed up all plans. Kira is probably the only anime character that i shed tears for because of his death. I was mad at Ruyuk to but damn he's one evil as Shinigami why didn't he die for Kira, he should have died for him that would have been cool. I'm glad it was Ryuk who killed him though and he ain't have to rot in prison or be executed by Near.
