THE SOS FINANCIAL AND EQUIPMENT DEPARTMENT

A Brand new section brought to you. This is being done so that an end to cheating and laziness can come to an end. In the past, monies have been finagled, stat sheets not updated, and equipment not deducted. At the bottom is a list of the members of SoS. This page is provided so that it will be easier to maintain your own thread and no one will have to go searching for it. There will be no excuses for not keeping it up to date.

RULES:
~ The rules only apply to those Rp’ers who are active. If you post or are on the site in a section of SoS, you are considered active.
~ Every Rp’er needs to have at least the basic form as a stat page. The basic form is listed below the rules.
~ It is no longer necessary to keep your SoS stat information in your signature.
~ Money must be updated every time it INCREASES and DECREASES.
~ If you are going to give another SoS rp’er equipment/money, it must first be cleared by me.
~ Equipment must be updated after each battle, missions, and training. Any purchases from Jutsu Store and the Shopping Mall must be updated as well. If you use equipment in battle, missions or training, it must be updated.
~ Equipment used during training and battle must be tallied at the end of the fight. It is not necessary to do it during the fight, just put the total amount in the last post of the fight.
~ The equipment that you obviously do not have to update are the weapons you do not lose. However, disposable items must be updated. The only exception is say you have a kunai and you keep it in your hand for the duration of the fight, then you do not have to deduct. However, if you throw the item and do not pick it up
~ YOU HAVE ONLY 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF APPROVAL OR DECISION ON FIGHTS TO POST CHANGES.
~ BOTM and SOTW money adjustments shall only be posted in this thread. Do not post in spam zone or it will be ignored.
~ Betting will be ran by this department. When such an event for betting occurs, more specific rules will be posted.

CAUSES FOR REPERCUSIONS:
If you do not follow any of these rules, the following will happen:
~ If you are purchasing something and do not update your monies and inventory, I will deny it and you will not be allowed to have it until you update your stat page. If I deny you, you will receive a money penalty.
~ If you finished a fight or training and used items and you do not put it in a final post what you used, you will receive a money penalty.
~If you finished a fight or training and used items and you do not update your stat page with deducting what you used, you will receive a penalty.
~ If you do not request permission for approval of a transfer of money/equipment, both parties will receive a penalty.
~ If you make money adjustments without just cause, you will receive a penalty. If you post your adjustments in the wrong section and then update your stat page, you will receive a penalty.
~ If you do not post in 24 hours of approval or decision, you will receive a money penalty.
~All money penalties are separate. If you break more than one rule, you receive more than one money penalty.

EVERY MONEY PENALTY IS $50. For the time it takes, if you decide not to follow these rules, my character will be receiving these monies. So thank you for your money if you do decide to unwillingly give it to me.

However, since we are beginning you will be given only one money penalty and you cannot buy jutsus for the next two days.
