It always mystified us how every woman that Kiun got with came back with him to Heaven Hill. We believe this is a respectable lead and that this mysterious girl could very well be an unknowing recipient of the Ten'un gift.

I'm sure you are as excited about this rumor as us at the Konoha Council are Ten'un. Your mission is to travel to Kumo with some escorts to find this young girl and then test to see if she unwittingly possesses the passive altercation. If so bring her back to Konoha, her rightful home.

The Kage knew very well that his mission description was misleading, he knew of people who would do this and who had the motive and the skill.
