who is the most wanted?

It never ceases to amaze me how oda creates characters and gives each one a certain level of power and respect by either revealing there bounties or showing how others react to them. The highest known bounty is Donflamigo's but we have reason to believe that the 4 kings and maybe a select few others have higher bounties (like mihawk). But at the end of the series who do think will be revealed to have the highest bounty and thus make them the most wanted person in the one piece world?

despite Luffy's rise to fame and WhiteBeard and Shanks being uber strong... i think Luffy's father... Dragon is and will be the most wanted person in the one piece world and thus have the highest bounty.

i say that whitebeard likely has a very high bounty. after all, he has even fought gold roger. dragon is a revolutionist and donflamingo doesn't count cuz he is a shikadfijfaoidjfd (idk spelling)

For now- i have no idea. It is really good that way. I mean with Oda and his unpredictables, who knows!!!

But i can make arguments for some of these pirates.

obviously wouldnt it make sence for the world goverment to put higher bounties on revolutionaries... bounties as oda stated before represent not strength but the threat to the the goverment... and its been said Monkey D Dragon is the worst criminal... this is a kinda "duh" question if u ask me... not to mention he conquered an entire ocean.... think it was north blue?

Ya i think it was suggested that Dragon is the most wanted man at the moment but then Luffy's been rising fairly quickly and a revolutionary in his own sort of way. From what little Oda has showed us of the Yonkou (or just WB and shanks at this point) they seem rather continent and stagnant. Im sure there bounties are fairly high but they dont seem to be doing anything other than sitting on there ships and drinking rum. Especially Whitebeard he's been the strongest man for 20 years and is likely the closest to one piece but he hasnt found it yet and doesnt seem to really care about finding it or doing anything else.
But Luffy isnt really taking over villages and towns like his father but he is definately taking down WG institions like the shichibukai and CP9 so if he continues he just might surpass his father as a bigger threat

i think that people speculate he has the highest bounty, but its not a proven fact. All people know is that he used to fight against roger... that has to count for something

that is episode 151.. however all it stated that he is the so called strongest man in the world since gold roger left... and as said by oda before its not only your strength that represents your bounty its the threat u are to the world goverment as well...

and its been stated in the manga that monkey d dragon is indeed the worst criminal in the world... plus things always change int he one piece world which is why i like this anime so much...
