Considering the current competition for SOTW and the incoming Banner of the Month (BOM) competition- this section is duly deserved.
As a result of this section
Entry Submissions -- artwork, fan fiction, etc
Voting Procedure and Decisionsremain visible to all. No thread is deleted.
This thread will be edited in due time. But for now-- this should be good enough for a start on what this section was created for.
