1 Langauge in the world you could magically learn, what langauge would you choose? ( FOR THOSE WHO ARE AMERICAN/CANADIAN 1 LANGAUGE SPEAKIN LOSERS, INCLUDING ME )


id choose japanese man, cuse everythin about japan is awesome the culture the langauge.. very interesting to me, and how cool would it be to read raw manga and raw anime!

lol, American/Canadian? What about the UK? Australia? South Africa? All the old British colonies? Almost all of the old colonies has English as their mother tongue, or their second language or their official language!

Back on topic...


I would also chose Japanese, because it seems like a very good language, and for business purposes! Lots of money to be made there ^^

Latin, then pretend it's my first and only language. I'd proceed to run into the sunset on a komodo dragon in hope of a better yesterday.

Japanese I can learn

Chinese: nope (tried. too darn difficult)

and by learning chinese I would learn kanji so I would be able to write in Jap without problem.

Cantonese chinese I shall choose.

Yeah, Id choose german as well, cause I already speak Spanish and english fluently.. and well.. even if I'm learning french and are somewhat decent I've been through... And I wanna learn German, so if I could magically learn a language it would be either

GERMAN or RUSSIAN

I wanna learn Japanese, i'm already taking the classes so. I'd choose Latin.

Latin is the root of most languages, so it'd be pretty cool to kow it. ^^

not really most
only few western. English, Germanish, Spanish, Italianish.
Japanish and Polish for example have different roots (although my language was influenced strongly by western world... wars tend to do that)

i speak spanish fluently, italian is semi there, hungarian used to, just haven't used it in 8 years. so i guess what i want to learn now is japanese and french.

"fluent" English, Polish, basic German.

don't feel inferior lukasz. how old are you?

my father is hungarian, my mother puerto rican. so i got two extra languages off the bat. italian i got from my best friend who's family speaks in italian all the time. english is because i was born and live in the states. not to mention, my aunt knew about 14 different languages fluently. in the end i want to learn close to 9 languages.

yea, i am actually trying to find programs right now to learn the languages. interactive, not books.
