My favorite clan is the Inuzuka. They all just seem to be cool people... I wanna be one of them, they rock ^_^v

I'd go with Kiba's clan. I really like dogs, and their whole family seems to be really close-knit, which i like. But other than that, i'd probably go with the Nara clan. I wouldn't want to be a Hyuuga just incase i end up as a branch member x.X and i wouldnt want to be an Uchiha because people would expect waaaay too much from me, and that kind of pressure is not my cup of tea.

Ok, for those who have not yet realized byakugan advantages and Hyuuga's powers, here it is, taken from another post I wrote before:

Watching carefully most episodes more than once, I can list what the anime has shown so far about byakugan's powers:

1.) It has a 359 degree field of vision, so it can see incoming attacks from almost anywhere.

2.) It can see through things (flesh, body).

3.) It can see things from a distance like if it were clairvoyance.(As Hinata did on the Forest of Death).

4.) It can read someone emotions and thinking by seeing through your subtle movements. In other words, it see through your inside and read you.

5.) It can see chakra flow and chakra circulatory system.

6.) It probably allows you to see in complete darkness. At least anything that possess chakra can be seen, because chakra doesn't need light to be reflected on it to be seen. You could blind your opponent with gas bombs or mist jutsu, and then use Byakugan to see through all of that, and destroy his organs and close his tenketsus without him to be able to know where the attacks are coming from.

This can all be summarized as that the byakugan is a type of psychic vision, than enables its user to read psychic impresions, chakra and to see beyond matter and distance.

I have to mention that Jyuken, and Kaiten are powers not related directly to the Byakugan, but from another Hyuga bloodline limit developed later, that is the capability to discharge chakra through their chakra holes, first from their hands, then from their whole body. So we can guess that through generations they first got their psychic vision, so they could see your chakra holes, then, to attack them, they developed Jyuken, finally, able to see their own chakra holes, they learned how to discharge chakra from them and protect themselves with Kaiten. Kaiten was just teached on the Main Family, but Genius Neji mastered it on his own.

I am pretty sure of what I've said here. Any comments? Post it!!

PD: Ambush is not possible. Byakugan could reveal any hidden foe on a 359 degree field of vision.

In an ambush Hyuuga can be caught in shadow bind and/or mind trasfer jutsus because Byakugan probably isn't turned on. Only one who displayed his power of intuition without the Byakugan on is Hiashi and he would probably be able to sense an ambush.

So far in the anime, we know only one uchiha being able to perform tsukuyomi. Don't include a unique technique only possible by a super genious as part of technique that can be performed by the clan. We don't know if other non-genious uchiha's could even realize sharingan.

Also, Hyuuga clan are taijutsu masters like Gai. I believe it would not be difficult for a Hyuuga to fight while staring at opponents feet like Gai. They really don't need to anyways. They have 359% vision and they just avoid eye contact, a requirement of mangekyou and tsukuyomi.

You've got a good point, but... I think Kakashi's complacency is just from his personality itself, not because of the Sharingan. And even then, he's aware enough to copy moves, when his opponent can't even tell that he's doing it ^^; So it could be a cover, as well.

I say this because Itachi doesn't seem to be very complacent (very aware of everything, actually), and we can tell that Sasuke isn't (he's too angry all the time XD).

I don't think Itachi works all that hard...he is just a damn super genious. He gets the results better than anyone even if others work their tails off.

Neji is pretty damn fast from what we have seen against Naruto. Probably not as fast as Lee but about the same (without the gates) since he has never lost to Lee.

It's soo difficult to say that any clan is better than any other clan, because it's not the size, it's how you use it. You know? I mean obviously strong bloodline limits are useful, but I'm sure than none of them in and of themself constitutes superiority. I mean, it's not like any of the Hokages belonged to any of those clans.
Although, based on the simple fact that the Hyuugas are said to be the villages trump card, it does seem that they are thus the best 'card,' to borrow someone else's (very well put) line, in Konoha.

Kiba's ability to talk to dogs probably is a bloodline. I'm not so sure about the others. I'm assuming that there is a specific way to harbor the bugs inside of you but anyone could learn how to do that if one is taught. I believe shadow bind and mind transfer techniques can be learned too but it is a secret within each of the families and only taught to family members. I would think Sharingan could copy them especially if there are seals involved.

well neji says that the aburame clan make a contract with bugs when they are born and whatever but i dont think anyone other than the aburame clan can do this. umm kagemane no jutsu doesnt have any seals and so i dont think it could be copied... im not sure about shinteshin to because sakura said that it was a technique made for spying so does that mean not only inos clan can use it? and i think that akimichi clan is the only one who can use those big body thingy techniques because i think you need to be big to use them and i dont think there is anyone as big and fat as the akimichi clan

The fact that it was never mentioned as a blood line so far, I believe all of them can theoretically be learned (except Byakugan and Sharingan). If it can be learned by someone else, it isn't a blood line limit.

u know what i think? i think that if kakashi got the sharingan by implantation(which is the most popular theory) then if they implant the normal eye of an uchiha. does that mean it turns on automatically?because if he took the eye from a dead uchiha then it would be off and it suddenly turns on when somebody gets it implanted? i think that the writer didnt think about this

umm yea thats kinda true... he goes: a man should never hit a woman and so much stuff like that. if he wanted to he couldve actually beat temari in the match in the chuunin exam. even with that low amount of chakra. he could take her fan from her. and then he could just swing the fan and let go of the kagemane like a second before the fan hits her so that she doesnt have enough time to dodge and shikamaru doesnt also mocve. it wont hurt him if he hits her on the head with the fan but if she moves he also moves. also he couldve made her hit herselfwith the fan. since it is big and he can perform an action of hitting himself with an invisible object in his hand. and in temaris hand would be the fan so she would hit herself hard and be knocked out or whatever. but he doesnt do any of this which he probably thought of because he thinks it is not right for men to hit women.
