Who could this new character be?

Obviusly Sasuke knows him given his approuch and it seemse Suigetsu is willing to follow him. His name : Suigetsu / "as the moon reflects on the water, the flowers reflect on a mirror." Sounds a bit off.

Who is he?

Probaby a fellow student of Orochimaru's. Either that or an experiment.

This is far too early to discuss.... The manga hasnt even dropped and all we have is a name, and he looks like liquid!!

I agree. We should at least wait until the RAW comes out before we talk about this new character.

I just hope he isn't another kimimaro (and to a lesser degree Hidan/kakuzu) character where they appear, they seem strong, and they die before we know anything about them.
